I'm just telling you, Sir, that in spite of all the stresses and strains you have going on in your busy life -- you just keep showing up. And doing it all in a calm, pleasant manner. God bless your "work" Mr. Kenny😊🔧🔧🔧
Hey there brother Kenny, that's a really nice scanner with a lot of capability and a very low price as well. I'll take the "pretty face" if I must, but it was great to see how the scanner worked. Keep wrenching little brother.
@bobby9195 Meg asked if you have scanner envy 😂😂. Thanks for watching. It's always great seeing your name in the comments. I hope you are doing well. Keep wrenching brother 🔧 Kenny
I'd be curious if it developed an exhaust leak at the manifold. My rationale would be that draining the coolant to replace the water pump may have changed the temperature concentration in the block just enough to wiggle the exhaust manifold a bit to cause a leak. But then again, this is just a guess without actually looking at the truck.
The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is a boost leak in one of the inner cooler pipes. Like @christianw508 said it's hard to say without looking at the vehicle. Sorry I couldn't help more. Keep wrenching 🔧 Kenny
Yeah he's promoting a product, but if someone's a diy mechanic who has no clue how to reset a steering angle sensor, he's providing information on how to do it and showcasing a product that can get the job done. A tech at a dealer would be showing you a $5k snap-on scanner which is an unrealistic purchase for a lot of individuals.

That really is amazing. Needed Ross Tech for a ‘13 Audi and quite the process even with that. I am impressed that did it even though it is a BMW.

Question, 2008 Chevy Duramax. Water pump was changed and after it, truck started making a whistling noise what can it be, louder when accelerating
