I'm not a composer but I find it rare when composers maintain a song's original emotions in their remixes. You really are one of those gifted ones. Incredible mix, great work! Edit: also, congrats on the 20k subs!
Ah, Kos, or some say Kosm… Do you hear our prayers? As you once did for the vacuous Rom, grant us eyes, grant us eyes! Plant eyes on our brains, to cleanse our beastly idiocy. 🖤
Ahh, Kos, or some say Kosm... Do you hear our prayers? As you once did for the vacuous Rom, grant us synth, grant us synth. Plant synth on our brains, to cleanse our beastly idiocy. The grand lake of neon, hidden now, from sight.
Orphan of kos' theme, specifically the first phase is one of the most overlooked in bloodborne and maybe the whole series. Its definitely the most sad-sounding and always makes me tear up. Thanks for remixing it and giving it the love it deserves.
The first phase was majestic almost calming but the second legit scared me. I recalled the orphan's swift erratic movements and the base beat really emphasized his speed. The idea of something moving to the beat made me feel helpless - how could you keep up with something so fast? It makes you feel small and insignificant in comparison. Masterfully done.
The simple addition of glasses turn Orphan from old man baby into crazed scientist trying to transcend human limits, which is always a pleasant classic in the future dystopia genre.
MAAAAN the first phase is so magically entrancing… and the second phase captures the raw emotion the Orphan must be going through!! I’m so thankful to live in the same timeline as you!! 💕
Holy crap! The first phase was meant to be a Synthwave arrangement all along. Great work! (Seriously, I just listened to it again and the first phase is actually better than the original orchestration, really good work man!)
Favorite boss of bloodborne for me; everything about this fight is perfection, and knowing the context of the DLC its absolutely heartbreaking. Your arrangements are pure bliss, and I wish I could subscribe to you ten thousand times ten thousand-fold
The original Kos 2 I never cared for, but you've really brought a power out of it, it really gets a lot of classic mutant monster rampage from your guitar, I think.
Man, you are a genius. I am stunned by your synthwave edits of elden ring/bloodborne. You are my favouritre music creator, and you are not "smol" composer, you are the biggest one. I'm looking forward for your new Synthwave Arrangement (my dream edit is a "cleric beast" by your style.) Thank you, master!
"Lay the beat of blood upon them, and their remixes, and their remixes's remixes, for evermore. Each wretched rave will plunge each remix into a lifetime of synth. Mercy, for the poor, raved out child...Let the pungence of Kos cling, like a mother's devotion..."
This is incredible. Better than I could have imagined. The synths really bring in a emotional string sound to the first phase, and there's that part where it ramps up is exciting and foreboding while still maintaining the emotion. Then the second phase. Metal as hell. With the art, gives me Nosferatu vibes, reminiscent of the section in Dracula where the ship shows up with no one on it still alive. Except now I am imagining it's a whole fleet of ships, and Dracula has some cool shades.
I must once again humbly beg… for a God-Devouring Serpent… composed by your hand, every single time I come back to this channel I see a new song and you knock it out of the park! Keep up the good work I’m happy to listen to whatever you make, you’re awesome
That was definitely the fastest I've clicked on a video after getting a notification lol, absolutely loved this one, great stuff as always, keep up the amazing work!
It's Bloodborne music I can hear that. Like always there is still the original song and all the vibes of it. But there is something else. No it's not just synthware music. It's Cthulhu seeker. Your style is just something special no one could ever recreate in it's entire beauty. Thanks for this new addition of from soft synth remixes it's really a whole genre in and of itself and you're the only artist composing this stuff but I absolutely love this. Really thanks.
Been listening to all your Bloodborne remixes and I think it's a tie between this one and "The Hunter" for the song that seems to seamlessly translate into synthwave. Kudos my dude 👏
Over many listens, ive come to feel this is my favorite piece of your work. (All bangers btw). The way it starts out as peaceful and solemn as the orphan standing on the beach staring into the infinite, then it notices us and the jam starts blasting.
Making a video game called acention lovecraftIan horror meets cyberpunk still figuring out how to add dmc style combat to a 2-d environment but this sound is quite interesting and inspirational
Very nice. I’m glad that the BB DLC has been rounded out as it would’ve nagged me if it was just left hanging. Really enjoying your work, both covers and commissions, it’ll be great to see what comes next.
Now someone put the orphan's screams over this, for authenticity.
YESSS but its probably difficult

The chord progression of the first phase is one of FromSoft's greatest achievements. It's so heartwrenchingly gorgeous.
Couldn't have said it better myself, i think this track is really underrated
I really like the first phase, but the second phase is just terrible and generic as can be.
@@TheStraightestWhitestno the original second phase is so fucking good
The community needs to give me a full synthwave mod of Elden Ring. After that I can die happy
That would be unbelievably cool.
Agreed. TOTAL OVERHAUL!

When Orphan said "YYEEEAOOOOOO" it really resonated with me

Idk maybe its cause im stoned but I got emotional when it shifted and the vocals kicked in.
I lost it when he said "AUUUUUUUUUGH"
Ahh, sweet child of Kos
Returned to the ocean
A bottomless curse, a bottomless sea

That intro genuinely sounded like something straight out of Bladerunner. Once again, a masterpiece of synthwave!
"YEEEAAAAAAAOOW" - sweet child of kos
Your Soulsborne Synthwave renditions continue to be fantastic, and a highlight of my day when I come across them!
Kos (or some say Kosm) will most definitely hear your prayers after this banger
