  • Stuffed cabbage rolls in sauerkraut
    500 g pork (neck)
    500 gr Rice
    1 large onion
    1 carrot
    Salt
    Pepper
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    70 ml sunflower oil
    They are cooked in the oven in a saucepan at 240 degrees for 2 and a half hours.

    Eu pun și orezul să se călească cu ceapa și morcovii. Pun și cimbru uscat.
    Eu pun carne tocată ca nu cred ca aș avea răbdare să o tai mărunt 😅
    Nu am reușit niciodată să fac sărmăluțe așa mici… la fundul vasului de lut eu pun mărar uscat varză tăiată mărunt și apoi clădesc sarmalele … 😊

    Ai pus putin orez. Trebuia 2 kg orez si 100 grame carne !

      In Moldova asa se fac,cu bucatele întregi de carne.Am mâncat pentru prima data acum câțiva ani facute de prietena mea moldoveanca si sunt foarte bune,diferite de cum le facem in Romania ce-i drept dar sunt excelente!
