    Really nice to read comments about people appreciating calisthenics. I've been training calisthenics from about more than an year now. One thing I would really like to point out is this video has alot of form mistakes. The difference between any other fitness guy and a calisthenics athlete is that we people take our form really seriously. Hopefully he will address it in his upcoming videos, nevertheless efforts to spread awareness is really appreciated. Good to see that Indians are finally appreciating the idea of bodyweight training. Stay tuned guys, even I have some big plans, but right now, it's not the time for me.

    Just an opinion that I've formed and followed ever since I started working out, knees not going ahead of where the toes are is the wrong notion. It doesn't really matter. The amount of resistance generated in the quads is the same. As a matter of fact most people don't have strong and flexible glutes, knees, and ankles to restrict their knees from going ahead and still perform the squat with appropriate depth. A straight back, proper feet and knee witdh and flare is all that matters in a correct squat.
    More than anything, I really loved the video and indeed this is the best basic calisthenics routine one can follow to hit all the muscles and start off with his/her calisthenics game!
    Kudos!

    • @kirtidasampat1754
      @kirtidasampat1754 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sonia Dangsadana Pull up is the most difficult exercise when it comes to calisthenics. I am 43 and teaching myself pull ups. Age is not a block, your mind is. The only difference will be depending on your strength and dedication the time it takes. If you follow the right progression and build enough upper body strength you can do pull ups in no time. Start with Australian Pull ups, Dead Hangs, Pull up Negatives(eccentric pull ups), and slowly build your way to a normal pull up. It's all about starting.

    Bro all is good but that thing u said that ur toes should not be coming out away from knees is not the correct thing, it's a myth coz if somebody's having long legs would be having long femur bone so it would definitely comes away from toes and it doesn't mean that he or she would be performing squats in a wrong way.🙂
