INSTALLING “coolant flange” and pipe 1.8t volkswagen audi

This flange connects to the head, it’s in a very tight spot. In the video Michelle putting in the temperature sensor and connecting it up to the coolant pipe. Definitely working in a tight spot

I have a 2001 Audi A4 quattro avant 1.8 Turbo. The coolant flange on my car doesn't have that plug mentioned in this video. Thanks for the video.

have any video of getting to the flange and taking it off i needed help with the oiler cooler line that has to come off before i can get the flange off and the 5mm hex on the valve? is giving me a problem any tips anyone? i vowed to not work on any cars after my money pit of a blazer yet here i am again working on my car.

Hi, the blanking plug on my A4 8D2 B5 1999 coolant flange is broken, with a hole through, how it happened I have no idea..heavy coolant leak.. My car now overheats and no heat from the vents.. Can that be the problem with overheating and no heat from vent system?

How vout the other water outlet that's underneath that?? I'm doing a 04 Audi A4 1.8 T water outlet and it's a Bitch to install. I took old one out but the stud came off instead of the nut itself. So I guess I have to take the nut out of the studs and install the stud first then Water outlet??
