Problem-solving in Protein Sequencing
Identify the location of the disulfide bridges, interchain (between 2 Cys existing in 2 different subunits) and intrachain (between 2 Cys existing in the same subunit) , within a polypepeptide.

Cys-SH + HS-Cys give Cys- S--S-Cys

How we have to locating disulphide bonds after trypsin cleavage.
you know that s s bonds exists between 2 Cys, so from the fragments you obtained you deduce between which 2 Cys does the s s bond exist
