The other houses I lived in were on Nassau Place when I lived in Colorado that house was 2 story plus a basement. I also lived in a two story house on Allsworth court and a ranch on Craig Street on Fort Meade.
LoL, that was hilarious Emily. Awesome views, I love the dorm lifestyle it is such a change of pace to normal living and you feel like you're freedom is endless, Make sure to focus on you're studies, because College life can have a lot of distractions. Thanks for the positive vibes. 🌴🏖📚
I did go to school in Hawaii like you. I lived in two houses with my parents since I was in Elementary school at the time of the move. My first house was on Kiele Place which was a ranch house. One of the pros of me Living on Kiele Place was that I could walk to my school which was Nimitz Elementary school which was my school in Hawaii. I was also close to a wood park that I would play sometimes on base since my house was close to it. The cons of that house was that my parents had to deal with roaches in that house. The second house I had was on Gemini Avenue which was 2 story. ne Pro of Me living on Gemini Avenue was that me and my mother would walk to to Base Exchange since we were so close and we would walk to the commissary too when my mother did not have a big list for store. Also my Mother would ride her bike to the beach since we were so close to Hickam beach from our house as well. I also made a lot of friends on this street as well. I also was across the street from my friends Annika and Nadia lived in Hawaii. I also would play Tag games on this tv in this neighborhood since I had Timer warner cable in this neighborhood. There was also a court on this street which made safe for me to ride my bike outside a lot back in the day. There was also big field across from my house where my neighborhoods the Reed Family would have there double Inflatable slide out side on this field at the time who now live in North Carolina and they might have gotten rid of that slide now that Avianna and her siblings are adults. I also would have potlucks with inflatble waterslides since the weather was just right all the time which was one of the pros of all of my time living Hawaii. One con of this neighborhood was that on the street next to mine there were these men that would talk really loudly in the evening time to each other. Pros of Living in Hawaii - One big time pros of living in Hawaii was that I did not have to deal with daylight savings time like I did in Colorado and I do in Maryland. -Also I did not need a layover to California to see my grandparents like I did in Maryland before they moved to Oklahoma whenever I went to the airport in Hawaii. Although this was another nice thing about living in Colorado was that I was only 1 hour time difference from my grandma and grandpa when I lived in Colorado and they lived in California. Plus my dads parents were able to drive to our house on Nassau Place when we lived in Colorado since we were just 3 states away from them back then. -I also could swim anytime of the year as I did not have deal with seasons like I did in Colorado and I do in Maryland.
