Thanks Haakan, Thanks for clarifying the difference between reprograming, flashing and coding. It makes sense now!

Man....Excellent job at explaining and teaching this stuff.....
I studied a bunch of programming stuff quite awhile back and thought I had a pretty good general understanding of how it's all done overall.....but was still a little bit fuzzy about some of it......
The way you layed it out and explained it totally makes it all make alot more sense to me why you need this or that to program this or that a certain way and what coding is.....and cloud based/scantool, J-box, OEM, or Cloning......etc, etc......
Totally makes more sense to me now.
Very good work! And thanks for creating and sharing it with us all.

I love the video. Very concise and understandable. The only thing I would add to programming requirements would be a voltage maintainer.
    Keep it up!!

WOW Thanks for this layman's explanation on the programming I remember back in the 80s all you had to do was replace the prom it was under a little door on the ECM GM vehicles, it held all the information that the ECM needed to run the vehicle 🤣🥳

Thanks for the information, do some scanners gets blocked to do programming on domestic cars? I heard that

I have not seen aftermarket tools that can truly program Domestic vehicles. This is because none of the aftermarket tools have those files on their servers.
