7970 120Hz Flickering

As you can see
120hz - Artifacts like Hell
60hz - no Problem
tried every driver and fix to date even the one where you should OC your memory to stock 3D Speeds that 3D Speed fix even results into insta Bluescreen where i have to delete the installed driver via Safe Mode :(
Srry AMD i'm very disapointed i loved my old 5870 but this is just annoying no proper 120Hz support and according to some internet site this problem exists since 5xxx series (only had 120hz since my old already sold GTX580)

I had the same kind of issue. Only at high resolution i had the same artifacs as you! i simply just boosted my 2d clock.

Same here with Dual-DVI (comes with Samsung 950D 27" monitor) abd XFX Radeon 7970 TAHITI edition. But flickers not that much, happens random times, strange issue.

This Video is old af but i had a similar problem
i fixed it with enable " GPU Scaling " in the Radeon App
Open Radeon Settings, go to Display then turn GPU Scaling to ON

I have full size displayport on 7970 vapor-x, before used minidp+adapter on 7770, still having flickers, so adapter wont solve all cases, guess would have to buy a new cable.
