Use iPad. Doubletap on the right side of the screen. Everytime skips 10 seconds. Works like a charm.
Or you could jump straight to the end, since the end result is what you want.

I really like this format as well, I'll keep this for some videos and use a slower more beginner-friendly style for stuff like the shader nodes training.

And yes, asset makers, you can bake from one UV map to another, if you want to clean up your bakes even more. This includes changing the reset UV trick used on the sides of the coin baking to an actual rectangle uv. splendid!
