This is a one-way teardown, and you will not be able to put your device back together if you follow this.
Great vid. Wonder tho if longevity between versions is really that drastic, except for obvious glass mishandling, this thing is built like a tank, the only complaint I heard about is the button switch coming loose, which ironically is why I’m watching this in the first place (before it happens) 😂
My button isn’t loose, it won’t come back out. I’m very careful with my gear. I used it for about a year and a half, maybe a bit longer and really dug it while it worked. I’d just like to caution everyone the way I wish I had been cautioned. While these artsy fartsy vapes may look cool and trendy, they don’t seem to last long. Conversely, I could tell the solo 3 was a premium bit of kit from first touch. It’s ready to smoke in seconds, and the flavor is incredible. The versatility is unmatched. It’s easier to clean than most vapes, especially s&b products,(with the exception of the volcano hybrid). 💨💙
I was hoping this video would show me how to get my tm2 button back out. Right now it’s unusable and has been retired to my vape graveyard 🪦. Thank goodness I have the solo 3 and my old volcano hybrid. 💨💙
when you took the top off you probabaly broke the mount that you should have detached through the 2nd hole (not the center one) with a long T20... AFTER taking the bottom off (careful not to loose your button flat side goes against the inside of case bottom)
Nice Video! Do you know if the unheated air goes into the device over the pcb? Or is the cool air also seperated? Because to me it looks like the air goes right over the electronics
Nice, this is a much easier device to take apart than the tinymight 1. On the v1 I couldn't put it back together. Once I had it apart. After seeing you take this v2 apart now I want to take my working v2 apart and send the wood off to a friend to copy into a stabilized wood and a cocobolo tm2
I like the heater design of the tm2.. the air path wouldve been better in 1 part.. otherwize the battery is just too small.. a single bigger cell would be a big upgrade.
Great video. FYI both the PH and walnut have the same internals now. Not sure when you purchased your TM2, but the walnut v2 version has all the same upgrades as the PH.
Thanks for sharing this I was annoyed because I wanted the walnut one but to hear the ph had better internals got me twisted lol 😂 I’m ordering mine for Christmas tomorrow now 👍
Hello, I got my Tinymight 2 yesterday. My model makes noises when heating up. I made a video of it and uploaded it to my profile. Does your Tinymight make noises like that too? It's a joke 350 euros for Premium+ vaporizer and the thing sounds like a refrigerator.
How does the taste compare to arizer vapes? Im using a solo and there is no other taste than the bud. Used to use a mighty and it had that subtle plastic taste. Does it have any metal taste?? Purity of flavor is the only thing holding me back from picking one up
Thank you for the video. By any chance do you know what screw was holding the top portion in? Everywhere I see either states a T20 however mine looks to be a hex head with a security stud in the center. It’s preventing me from removing the top as it’s still attached to the bottom portion of the PCB. Any advice helps!
Ohhh yeah come MAN! Now you HAVE to cut up and display the Purpleheart TM2 for us. The TM2 is THE vape to own for Rippers; there is NO PORTABLE VAPE that can launch you to the moon more than the TM2... But I am so interested to see HOW the guys over in Finland could have improved the TM2. Now I NEED to see the guts of the Purpleheart. I got a 10 year warranty on my TM2 since I bought it last year, so I just wonder IF it ever goes out, if they will send me the updated Purpleheart configuration with the improved heater configuration.
Dude, you completely destroyed this by doing the teardown with zero care. My heart sank watching you snap the conductive strip by forcing the top cover off. You start by removing the bottom cover and then the screw holding the circuit board to the heater. This is the worst teardown video I've seen. Should be titled "Tiny Mighty 2 Demolition" FFS.
Thank you so much for this Amazing vid bro ! Could you please also teardown the fenix neo (European rebrand) or Puri5 Titanic-4 (US rebrand). It is an interesting new china vap, but an old tear down vid from a predecessor ( th-cam.com/video/ROpoMpuaRNo/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared ) shows that an internal polyamid tape is outgassing. Unhealthy 🤮!
Please read this before do it as the guy in the film. This is done wrongly! Beacuse of your video I have damage my unit. Below is the correct way as per instruction on their website. Dont do instruction video if you don`t know how to do it! The replacement is easy but the unit can be destroyed in the process The replacement is easy but the unit can be destroyed in the process if you don't do all correctly, and in such case warranty is void. You need a Torx T20 screwdriver / bit and take out the long screw. Remove bottom panel. you will see the electronics board. Under the central hole for the long screw, you will see another hole, this goes all the way to the top panel and there is a screw in there that MUST be loosened before trying to remove the top panel - many have destroyed their units when removing top without loosening the inner screw. you need the same Torx T20 driver (some rare units may need T15 if that does not fit). loosen up the screw for at least 10 full rotations to make sure it is open, and then the top panel comes off.
PLEASE TAKE THIS VIDEO DOWN BEFORE MORE PEOPLE BREAK THEIR VAPES. Because of it i have damaged my unit, voiding the warranty, and now i'll have to send it for repair which will be like 70 euro.
@@vapeguyy Then put this as a disclaimer at the beginning of the video that this is not how the device should be disassembled. There is a proper way to to that, which lets people get into the insides without destroying them, so either show a proper way or make it as clear as possible that doing it this way WILL damage the device.
@@yawei-k Dude if you just watch one video, not even all the way through, and don't read the comments/description- it's on you. The goal is to look into the air path. Not to explain how to disassemble and put together. It's clear to anyone watching this from beginning to end.
@@vapeguyy are you serious right now, just add the fking message dude and be done with it. It doesnt cost you anything and it could save some dumbasses like me.

I love these teardowns, it gives such a unique look into the inner workings

Amazing teardown and thorough explanation! Didn’t expect such simple design

Next purple heart teardown could be awesome and thank you for the teardown of the tinymight walnut
The walnut one is literally just the same thing with different wood… purple heart would be cool to see tho
@@808aerial The heating chamber, support rods, heat coil etc is different in the Purple heart
It does not make sense to watch another video of the same vape but different colour being to teardown.

Currently doing research into finding my first vape. Finding your videos has been a godsend.🙏🤟
I love the way you review each devices! I'm looking for the Tinymight 2 review, however I can't seem to find it. Just this teardown you have?

Good to hear, i really don't like the purple heart version
Good stuff!!! Ill be back for more teardowns
Is PEEK plastic harmful? Is there some kind of plastic that you will inhale in high temperatures?
forsure dude, think about it
@jboy856 i have Been thinking about it for long time that’s why i bought a Ball vape

Usually it's because of the poor packaging and poor shipping..
It does make a buzzing sound, the manual explains that. It isn’t too bad, and kind of cute if you let it be.
have you tried any of the ball vapes yet? would love to see your take on one.
