Got at td and int taken away then in the Super Bowl took the second fumble td away and the Dallas goedert catch on third and long that clearly wasn’t a catch. Only call that helped the chiefs was holding which if you watch that play the eagles whole plan was to hold everyone so complaining about a penalty that was correctly called is wild

Philly fan all my life. I have never been more proud of a Philadelphia athlete then I am of Hurts and I've never been so at peace with a loss. They played thier hearts out and put on a show!

Chiefs fan here. Hurts played LIGHTS OUT football tonight!! Arguably better than Mahomes. He earned himself a new fan tonight. If he can keep his level of play going each season he’s gonna make it back to a SB. Rematch next year?
Eagles fan here both teams played their hearts out both Jalen and pat had great games and really took over this game each drive and it all came down to who was gonna make that one stop to solidify this game and unfortunately we didn’t but hats off to the chiefs fair play it was really any teams game and you guys took over that last drive. Hell of a game I’m proud of our team and especially Jalen for being the ultimate competitor and showing he will fight to the very end.

The dropped deep ball by Smith at the end of the 2nd half (personally I think it was a catch) and the dropped deep ball by Quez Dropkins, were both beautiful passes by Hurts. He developed an insanely accurate deep ball last season.

Our defense in the second half didn't made any stops I kinda think they played soft cause they knew coming in Mahomes had the bum ankle and they got crushed for the 9ers game injuring both they QBs they didnt wanna do the same to Pat neither I guess but Gannon didnt get any real pressure or force Mahomes to make different reads he was comfortable all night!!

His player rating was 92.3 most rushing yards for a QB ever and Most Rushing TDs from any player since Terrell Davis all the way back in 1998... so.. like I said.. key word "OVERALL" performance... It's such a double standard in the NFL media. Patrick Mahomes starts his career with Tyreek Hill and Jason Kelce and gets Sammy Watkins as his #3 option in his first few years and his QB play is praised, but Jalen starts his career with NO lead receivers, gets one his 2nd year and 1st year starting and then gets his 2nd weapon his 3rd and he is a product of the talent around him??? Quez Watkins drops passes all over the field this year in key downs and that's Jalen's fault, but Mahomes players do it and they are rookies or it doesn't even get mentioned at all. Jalen did everything you can ask of any QB and gets criticized for it, and when he plays a legendary game, his defense can't get a single stop in the 2nd half and he gets a "well if he didn't fumble". He played GREAT!!!

@huddy1493 Reid coached circles around us. He completely neutralized our pass rush. I expected KC to do this, because I thought if we didn't get Pressure Mahomes would Dice up our secondary. Hurts is the 2nd Best QB in the League, and as expected we had our way with the KC defense. Our defense sold completely.
Our defense didn't show up but to say it's overrated and fraudulent is a joke. You're dominant the entire year against 99% of the teams in your schedule and because of one game you're "exposed"?
I get calling it a bunch of chokers if you want. But to throw it in the trash as if it's beyond saving is a joke.
To be fair to the Defense, that front 4 is great but the timing and the play calls had nullified that pass rush and put the entire game on the shoulders of the secondary and that's what got exposed. They got out play called, simply put. The Offense despite their mistakes, did enough to win, save for a few decisions in the 2nd half, the defense did not. Can't wait for next year. Jalen heal up brother and come back.

The Eagles offense showed up and held their own very well but the Eagles defense that was so overwhelming during the regular season was missing in action. It seemed as if every time Mahomes got the ball he was scoring and he only threw for 200 yards, so it was a lot of running over the Eagles defense.

Easily the strongest running QB. No other guy is converting that 2 with 4 defenders blowing up the play. His ability to squat 600 lbs is why the Eagles push sneak is so succeasful and why he was able to plow through and carry 4 defenders into the endzone.

Not really. The defensive hold wasn't for the hand on his back. He held the players right arm at the START of the play and prevented him from turning and running into the end zone for the ball.

Chiefs continued to line up in the neutral zone and they didn’t call it but they call a false start that is followed by a fumble. This Super Bowl will always haunt me. Chiefs we’re completely outplayed.
