first week with the new mode was amazing but now everyones playing the light one, are invisible and camping with the sniper on roofs
Play heavy and use bubbles/shield/wall covers/goo

been loving this gamemode. I honestly feel like, if the player base grew large enough, this could be a ranked mode as well. Couldn't be done now with the state of the playerbase and ranked system, but competitive play in this mode would be crazy.

We need more game modes and more maps for this one it got stale fast tbh without my sword I would of been stop playing this game and went back to apex
The finals should add team deathmatch modes next. That would be cool.
Be more creative bro. I want a gun game/ arms race mode, but instead of getting only a new gun with every kill, you also switch gadgets, abilities and even classes. Solo, with instant and random respawns, start with the worst weapon and level up to the best, last level light with a dagger though -> best game mode ever. Imagine: You're currently a medium with a jump pad. You use the jump pad, kill somebody below you from mid air, you turn into a heavy mid air with some cool morphing animation, now you use his ability and smash to the ground, crushing an enemy below you and then you already turn into something else/ get the next weapon. You could do all kinds of insane combos like that... It's crazy to me no game ever did this. It would work in every game that has different classes or characters with their own skills. I would never even play the normal modes again. lol

nothing beats ranked, I cant play this mode for more than once every other day
Ranked is full of toxic people who back out when your not winning within the first minute. Maybe I'm just sour because I've yet to have team mates actually play the whole game with me. Not using meta isn't justification enough to rage quit. I play for fun, not to get a win for some meta using cry babies. Rant over.
Na sry, but very few people will play this mode more than just occasionally or as a warmup. It's definitely not one of those modes that will make you forget about the main mode for a long time.
The way games play out most of the time is just lame. 1/3 of the game you will just spend running the same 150m to the platform over and over again and the way most games are won, doesn't feel rewarding at all. (The platform is 1 meter more on your side, the timer ran out, you won, gg.) Time decides most games and if not, that means it was a very one sided game... That means the more intense/ good games will mostly be decided by time and feel more like a draw than a win and the only games you actually win, were just too easy, so you never feel really good about a game.
The problem isn't what loadouts players chose, like many people say (it would be fun without the L snipes, blah blah.)
It's just a game concept, that doesn't lead to very dynamic interesting matches. It feels mostly like a senseless deathmatch. I like deathmatches, but a mode like this is more interesting and usually has more to offer, if done right. Apex Legends, the christmas event mode with the train. That was a 10 times better game mode. The games got so intense and good, a real back and forth, and you couldn't just predict who will win 3 minutes before the game ends, every single time... Holy damn I miss that experience. Powershift is nothing like that and people will get bored by it very quickly.
Na ranked is the best mode on the game , those crazy engagements and just sweaty Lobbies keeps me coming back, I started off on this game playing nothing but bank it, once I tried ranked never looked back, super addicted to this game got over 230 hours in it already and over 80 in season 2 alone

My fav mode is tournament! Its competitive enough, but you dont get the meta using quitters from ranked. Feels like a good balance
