I have one, and it is very frustration at times.
The classic arcade games plays fine.
However, when you get to the PC Games, TeknoParrot , PS2, PS3, or Dave and Buster games, they freeze up the system so bad that I have to do hard resets to reset it.
I contacted Dave about it and he seems to not know what to do with the issues.
Had I known this, I would have never purchased one.
Yea I think there should be a huge disclaimer saying this is not plug n play.
I build wall mounted cabinets that are actually plug and play for Umbrella Arcades, and the systems you mentioned run extremely well. It runs on Batocera, so it’s also plug and play with most modern light guns.
I only run arcade classics, it gets too complicated when you try to run everything. Especially Teknoparrot is not easy to setup.

Mine arrives tomorrow. So excited. It was the machine of the week last week, the Marvel comic one. I opted for no tron stick for that very reason.

@@jshelt22 I can’t remember honestly it was just like a regular keyboard piece I mounted it with some screws and just ghetto rigged it tbh haha. It works though and is great for pc games. Honestly I think all arcades should have this feature cuz it’s a computer and there’s so many pc games on it!
