Bought the Tarnex & used it just now. It worked great. Ive been disappointed that these bracelets tarnished as quickly as they did but at least they are shiny again.

Hey there... apologies for the late reply!!!! Ughhh!!! The quality is great imo, but you do need to treat them delicately. They aren't like Pandora or Miranda Frye BUT they are beautiful!
Thanks cause I haven't worn mine in years.. I just bought some new ones.. The old ones are horrible looking and filthy. Does any one know where I can go to get the charms put back on??
Hey Nadirah girl… just try this cleaning method first and see what happens before you toss the horrible looking ones. You may be able to redeem them ☺️ as for putting the charms back on… I’d contact Alex and Ani (800) 725-7822 and see what they say! Keep us posted
Hi MaryAnn so sorry for my delay … I did not dilute it … just squeeze in a glass or plastic bowl (not metal) and soak those beauties until your am satisfied lol
