Its hard to know where a grant is. I remember being lead to a grant and it was a list and it looked like each grant link on that list had open up a virus on the computer. That's how plain the sight looked. But im on it to research now

I would check the grant guidelines to make sure the funder is ok with using the funds that way. Most professional grant writers won't agree to that arrangement so just keep that in mind!
I would hire a grant writer because grants can be complicated especially gov grants. I would expect this person to have a track record of getting grants when they apply. If you know a grant writer who have those qualities let me know.
