I have been racking y brain for a couple years now trying to figure out what is missing? what is it that I don't know that I need to know to make my business like a real business? I have been praying for an answer for a long time and This is it! I have said I need systems... but I I didn't know what that looked like and would ask and it seems I got all the peripheral advice but didn't pinpoint my exact need. YOU get it! I've watched like 10 of your videos today and took notes and now on my phone in bed still taking notes now on my phone 😂 I went full time in my business in August and man it has been stressful trying to manage everything by myself and learn everything. I didn't have a back up plan or a business plan or a strategy I just went all in on my side hustle detailing but now that it's getting colder and I'm less busy I'm just trying to make sure I start to get all of the sops and my strategy dialed In so I can give my clients an even better experience. I appreciate these videos ❤

Strategy isn't always about problems. It is about your vision and direction for the business, and how you're going to get to your end goals strategically. It's the plan that will drive your business

Yes… but more importantly. It’s for achieving a big vision. Goals are milestones towards achieving the vision. It’s a subtle difference, but an important one.
It is verysmall business product raw material cost every time increasing every year increment of salary to our workers and Assigning every person's work performance to single managing worker is correct process or not sir.
It depends on many variables as every business is different and even the options of how you do thing means there is not one correct answer here, so I cannot give the right advice here without understanding the business more and all the moving parts. But as a quick overview, putting down a structure and having accountability is usually a good idea as long as this remains consistent and is trackable then it seems like it could be an acceptable way to do things.

I appreciate the things you put on but I think if you put a header or content that has positivity and more on the positive side (clickbate or title) could easily blow your viewers count. Yes, it is wonderful that you talked about experience, but continuously doing so also attracts you the likelihood of giving emphasis on that experience thus the views remains as it is. It would certainly blow up, even if you talk to your previous is you have this positive mindset as you are inspiring and teaching processes and system to become successful. :)) That was just a suggestion. It's because of our RAS (reticular Activating System) and comes with what is given more energy is likely to manifest or happen. But yes, grateful for your content as you have spoken your reality. :))
Thanks for the feedback. We do take a lot of care and thought into how we put titles and headings based on what can work well, so my team and I will keep this in mind going forwards :)

Strategy isn't always about problems. It is about your vision and direction for the business, and how you're going to get to your end goals strategically. It's the plan that will drive your business
