@@xosri- my mate makes music (drift phonk) he makes 2 hour mixes and adds visuals. Got millions of views. Might be worth the effort. Just an idea - "gym mix/anime vibe"
@@zeus1778 thank you man! Choices are very limited but i was out of the bad thoughts not too long after. I am able to work with just a few exercises such as dips and seated or laying down rows of weights. I wish the same gles to you and depression never reaches you and you never give up! Might sound arrogant, but if you ever think you're unable to do something, remember i was out of shape, unmotivated, deep in bad thoughts, tired, raining and still found a way to train. No doctor said i can, but i proved otherwise. Have a nice day and stay hard💪
Keep grinding Brother! I feel u, after i found Out i had 2 hernias, doctor Said i could Not train anymore. I had sleepless nights due to the pain my hernias caused. I decided to believe in myself and start training. 2 years later I'm deadlifting 200kg for reps and never felt any pain whatsoever again. I'm in the best shape of my life right now at 30. The Human body is capable of incredible things. Keep pushing!💪
@@GeorgeKRHTH goddamn man thanks for motivating me! Also 200kg is wild af, do you feel any pain on deadlifts or is it completely gone? Was it a choroscopical surgery or an open one and how does it feel after does the recovery take too long?
