DR1 PART II

Breaking in the new Saito 19cc overhead valve four stroke engined for my 7 year old 1/4 scale model of the infamous Red Baron's Fokker DR-1 makes for and interesting video here. The motor springs to life with little effort and sounds phenomenal. In this video I go through the process for you and demonstrate how cool RC model aircraft have become.

I had a Foker dr-1 that I bought from someone it was a flare kit I flew the snot out of it then I sold it when I moved back to New York I miss it it had Zenoah g26 their first electric ignition engine, it was eating a thousand milliamps per flight on the engine had to change the ignition module but a really nice plane otherwise. Which manufacturer, BUSA?

Yes Balsa USA, I also had the G26 in it for years and decided to do something new.

One cylinder seem to be popping from exhaust at around time 8:30 . Doesn't seem to be firing correctly .

I never could get that engine to run right
