Man I thought you threw Annie in the trash with that edit you did there 😂 heart jumped for a second 😂😂😂
99% of his intro to the vid it's like that.
I currently have stomach inflammation and have been very down and having alot of stress, somehow your videos makes me stressfree and feel alright. Greetings all the way from Aruba 🇦🇼
Drank the water eh
Man to have a die hard employee like Bugs leave because of the boss hiring guys that constantly call off , constantly late ⏰ constantly sleep on the job. Bugs has every right to be upset because you as their employer enable the other employees action’s they know your not gonna say 💩. Ray replaced Daryl Jr. another guy just standing around watching everybody else work.
Lol if u say so u people in the comments need to get a life abit tbh
Bugs is the Best guy,he is doing everything, those mexicana guys are abusing you, taking your money
Bugs is/was the only full time employee. Got paid during the off season. Everyone else got 8 hours pay for only the days they worked even if they worked 4 hours.
I agree, the guys goof around too much, instead of the boss reprimand them, he joined the nonsense..😂😂😂
Have a great Winter
Did Tino have too much to drink the night before ? At least he showed up 😂
Great to see the New Land coming together i bet your counting out the days but everything is looking tidy & the guy's are looking happy with the new fridge and all hope yawl have a great day God Bless.
Hey what happened to making blocks with the extra concrete ? You guys have way to much fun on the job ❤️
Crazy yall still got warm this time of the year. Pnw in 50s-60s rn❤. Last year summer hung around till end of Nov. This year summer ended fast got cold real quick. I aint no weatherguy or indian weatherman but just that sudden cold and short days coming early september tells me this winter and spring rain is gonna be gnarly
Wish I could come and work with you guys 🙌🏻 huge fan and I’ve learned a lot just watching you, I want to hang up my carpentry belt and give concrete finishing a go!
I knew a few carpenters who were also great concrete finishers. I think it was because they'd build a lot of sheds or garages on side jobs so they'd poor their own concrete slab and eventually get good at it.
That means u were never a carpenter
@@Bennysol yeah I don’t doubt it, the stamp patio looks cool making wood grain effects on concrete 🤙
You folks should go to the driving range, I bet that would be one of the most funniest videos! Thanks for the entertainment Ryan keep up the good work!!!
Should get rid of negative energy Ryan. Kick Tino out, you have a business, not a kindergarden :)
I’ve been waiting for this one for a couple days. Those steps looked great! I love the sawzaw technique without the blade to vibrate the side of the steps!
When bugs leaves you will officially have the laziest/most unreliable concrete crew in the biz.
Nice video, that stoop was lookin good. The steel racks look sharp and functional, what a good idea. Nice to see your Mom out with the portable feed bag too !
Your patience is a beautiful thing Ryan.
you should think your crew know there job by now , you have a lot of patience boss .
I remember those days, Tino must be a drinker!
A boss should never have to be an employee's alarm clock⏰😴
Exactly no other company would give that many chances.
It freaks me out every time when you're holding Annie up and then it cuts to the clip of you throwing the bag in the can. It gets me every time.
Tino is a grown man that can't ever make it on time and has so many excuses yet you let him slide so much....
he really needs to see what a great boss he has and start respecting that!
Sounds like he’s an alcoholic. Hope he gets sober
The customer's stoop looks really nice. Good work! 👍btw love the mini-fridge
Hey Bugs, sorry that you have decided to leave, you will be sadly missed, won’t be the same without you. And Ryan what a great boss, your staff need to appreciate you more for what you do for them 👍
MAAN! That stoop looks sick with the stamp. GREAT JOB!....AS ALWAYS! 💪
I am really going to miss Bugs, he is so reliable and meticulous, on his work…you have BIG shoes to fill
