If you think that is difficult then try to change the sparks. The first 3 behind the air filter are easy but the 3 on the otherside are so frustrating.
I agree. (And plastic crap as per usual) Don't get me started on the even more money pit 4 cylinder turbos now. Spark plugs? They wanted nearly 2000 to change them at the Mercedes service center. We'll worth it. How about 2000 to fix the non-recalled airbag module calibration error. Zero out of the 16 airbags work if one doesn't and it's not calibrated by the Mercedes calibration computer and weight machine. Next time I buy, A Lexus. I'm now leasing a Mercedes and abusing the hell out of it. It won't be returned in prime condition. I'll get some of my money back `(
Remember once you open the tab you have to press on it gently then pull the connection otherwise you wont be able to and you might think the tab needs to be pulled more which it doesnt hence breaking the tab.

any instructions of how to remove the whole cover? i got everything unhooked in the front but seems like there are some back connections that i can't get to, how in the world is someone supposed to remove it ?
What can I do if one of the most well known Mercedes dealerships broke the snorkle plastic clip on my car? Is it absolutely necessary to have a continuing tube to the front? Does the snorkle run to the radiator or is the plastic oval/elliptical shaped end piece nor important to be 100% attached near the front bumper?
Litterally first thing I did after watching this vid was to try and pull up on that tab with a mini screw driver and the tab fell in the engine bay... thanks for the genius design mercedes... assholes. Update:got the clip and finished the job, ty so much for this vid, you're a life saver.
Hawk: glad you retrieved the tab (mag pickup tool?). I agree ... don't know why they have to make the design require special tools ... like apple inventing new plugs and screws so you have to depend on them. Anyway, you can really help me with a LIKE and a SUBSCRIBE. Thanks!!!

I think the Blue bolts on the cover means the chain tensioner has been replaced can anybody confirm?

When Tried to put back the intake manifold I had a reading leak in the air intake do you have any video on what I may have done wrong
