bhai if you take cs then -
1) you will develop a new skill
2) cs me most of the things are application based, so you will have to practice it alot. (the ones who are smart, they wouldn't have to give much time to it. week me twice or at most thrice)
3) time taking and kuch logo ko smjh hi nhi aaega programming language
4) in cs, almost hr bache ka interest bna rehta hai because boht km chize hai rtne wali iss subject mei.
5) less games periods
but if you take pe -
1) less time taking ( if my pe exam is in 4 days aur mei bs 3 din padhu iss subject ko, to i will be able to score atleast 90 + out of 100.)
2) boards me easily you can score 100 in this subject (again i am saying, agar koi student smart hai and capable hai toh uske bhi 100 aa skte hai in cs in boards)
3) more games periods (kbhi kbhi toh double games in a single day) (you can study also in this period)
4) kbhi kbhi theory wale periods bhi honge but i think most of the schools me to pe ke sir bolte hai ki khud padhlena, me nhi padhaunga.
5) jin logo ko sst boring lgti thi aur padhne ka mn nhi krta tha, unko problem ho skti hai kyoki sb kuch rtne wali chize hai iss subject mei. thodi boht chize hai jo smjhne wali hai.
6) interest nhi rheta hai iss subject me students ka. (it is okay, as long as you are getting marks).
7) practical me kt skte hai marks if you are not fit.
one thing which is common to both the subjects is -
you will have to maintain a practical file

Sir is right as a class 12 student i can relate, I had interest in CS that's why I have choosen cs but I am preparing for JEE and now in class 12 I am trying to change CS to PE

Now everyone like neighbours and relatives and commenting that I am dumb for not choosing IP (as our school don't have CS) which is giving me self doubt that i made a bad decision in my life. Everyone is like the future is in CS so u should opt for it and sir I m clear that i won't go for engineering after 12 that is one of the major reason for not choosing IP and also as u said CS is more time consuming as well as hard now i m clear about my goal

Mere hisab se to CS lena chahiye kyuki jaruri nahi hai har ek bacche ka IIT me selection ho jaye. 99% baccho ka IIT me selection nahi hota hai (This is a Fact) aise me other colleges me CS kaafi baar demand ki jaati hai.

So everyone like everyone is saying to take PE as and additional sub for pcm
