You should take cs only if you think that you will be able to manage it. It's not that easy like other optional(P.E. and others). You will have to give time to it

I'm in 12 th and trust me don't take cs if you are preparing for jee neet coz u won't be having enough time for your main subjects if you are taking cs . So try to take hindi or eng as an additional subject (it's upto you if you dont want to believe ) and also try to get enrolled in dummy as regular school's are just scam nothing else after 10th (for serious aspirants only)
