WHEW, CHALLENGE VIDEO NEXT BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yooooo thanks for letting me show you around tria, this was honestly really fun to do and i hope to see this game get the praise it deserves, thanks for doing this ducky ❤
You're welcome :)
Thanks for showing me this game, was very nice to at least get a basic understanding of it!!!
glad to see tria getting the traction it deserves. A couple of more things to mention regarding the game:
- Agility mechanics such as sliding and airdiving are toggled throughout maps by the devs, so you can airdive in one map, but you can't in another
- Recently, winter comp 4.0 was held, and all of the winners are going to be featured maps in 1.0, so there'll be quite a few new maps in the game by then
I noticed the Air dive thing (Macro also told me) and I am considering checking out 1.0 (even though it probably won't become a video)
Cool showcase, idk how many of the 1.0 teasers you've seen but there's a LOT of new stuff coming
Yeah, I will likely check it out (like I said in the video).
Thanks by the way!
Im so glad you gave tria a try! Its hard to get into tria (especially on mobile) but once ur hooked, u cant escape, and its really fun! (btw can u play Riptide Resurgence next, it might not be kind on ur computer, but its a really cool fangame)
I might consider RR, but I've got other games to go through first.
i think you should try tria again bc honestly some of the maps that were loaded werent really the greatest (grind district and somnium) since you said you wont be trying to do extremes or divines i think you could play moonlight cosmos its a really good insane!
first time i played tria i was like "oh this game is pretty cool" but i didnt play it again until december of 2023 and since then i got addicted to tria.
Fair. Macro chose all the maps for me to play and we just carried on until I beat both of them. I did play Extreme+ maps, I just didn't show them as I never got far in any of them.
Also, I am likely going to revisit the game when 1.0 releases, although I doubt I'll make it into a video.
Super happy you played this, thinking about making my own video on this game🔥
Yay!
@@ducky-coolshut.... up....
once you get to the really hard maps, the design REALLY starts to vary. some maps as an example are monoscape and nos astra to Vaccus and electrical malfunction. i liked this video overall also!
(edit because I realised I replied with the wrong thing, had a different comment in mind)
I've seen a bit of variety (apologies for not making that clear in the video!) but I still don't know if its as varied as FE2. (at least detail wise)
@@just_ducky it really really is, most fe2 maps follow the same formula while yea alot of tria maps do too ALOT more are unique (and i personally find fe2 maps to be alot more repetetive being outside maps that spam boxes most of the time)
@@Roin_robin87 Gameplay-wise, I totally agree (with a few exceptions like Runic Maze)
Detail wise though, I still feel like FE2 has the slight edge.
Really cool video, also as u said the pacing might feel harder in the maps and that is because tria bassicaly ramps up the difficulty, the avarage tria insane would be a mid crazy in fe2
Yeah, those 2 Insane Maps were pretty difficult to beat lol. Extremes look like they are on par with a low Crazy+.
@@just_ducky they definetly are, some divine maps that got ported to fe2cm are literally in the top 10 while being like top 50 in tria
tria more like os
Tria has very cool mechanics, moving walljumps, custom buttons, conveyors, etc. But I can also agree with you that TRIA is harder than FE2. Overall, I would say that TRIA is good, although I dont play it much since some of the maps are laggy for my potato computer.
Fair enough, my PC could just about handle the game when recording.
should definitely prioritize this game over fe2
btw: could you try making the text a bittt smaller? it covers a huge portion of the screen and i most want to see you play, not the text (its not because its boring text, yeah?)
I can do this, or I could try not to make each text box so big (ideally max 3 lines?)
I do have trouble doing it though, sorry! :(
@@just_ducky no problem, i just find it pretty hard to see the vid3o
TRIA tbh is just meant to be an fe2 thats more accessible to better gimmicks, uniqueness and enjoyable gameplay is what mainly makes what tria.os players call a "Good map" Great video btw
Fair enough. I have seen some cool aspects like the bossfight in The Sin, hoping that FE2 starts to become more unique as well with more maps like Runic Maze.
Also thanks :)
You should try PARKOUR Reborn Alpha (if you're willing to pay the price)
I think someone has already suggested this game before. Always willing to consider it!
try 'The Celestial Caverns' next, it's a mining game similar to the old azure mines.
It won't be the next game I do, but I will get round to it at some point.
No way hi agar
