    Yet another video saying to look at your current customers to find ICP. This doesn't address those businesses that are just starting.

      I understand that challenge. I had to work through that in my business a presentation designer. One of things that has helped me is going through the process of identifying my ICP. Of course you do not know for sure because you are just getting started. Once you start marketing to people you think are your ideal customer see what feedback you get. I find you get the best feedback in face-to-face or on the phone interactions.
