Hey TK - curious on your opinion on how to go about an ICP refresh? My company has had an ICP from before I joined and now we are looking at re-proving the ICP and potentially expanding this. Is there specific data you look at for a quick gut check?
Great video tk! When you develop the icp do you focus on users or buyers (or both)? As you know in B2B SaaS they can be very different for larger organisations.
What if you focus on a single ICP and have, say, $1M in ARR? Do you continue to exploit that ICP, or can you add ICPs? If the latter, is there a rule of thumb as to the number of additional ICPs?
I've been burned at the cross by fellow Massage Therapists because I asked the group a question that would have led to the answer of THEM creating the undervalue of their own abilities. I thought It was funny that its probably the reason the average Massage Therapist makes $70k/year. They aren't client-facing and that's where I differentiate. I am using the details to know what MTs aren't doing and what it causes as a result.

For companies with revenue data, I usually do a 29-point analysis on that to help build an ICP. We do this inside the GTM Program: tkkader.com/gtm.
