Thanks for the video.
To be more "real", I suggest 2 improvements:
1st --> to change the 10 mm distance between ribs to 10.61 mm. (53.03 / 5) This avoid the small holes in the intersection between ribs.
2nd --> To fill the 4 small holes in the center of the part.

please do a tutorial on modelling of a exercise flat bench!
I wanna know, in modelling should we have to show the weldments or we create the whole modelling with extrude?
which option suits for it?, sheet metal, boss extrude, weldments????????????????

Ribs did not work for me.

Same, it looks like they cut the recording after deleting the face selection in sheet metal, and jumped straight to ribs after. Not really helpful for a "tutorial" to be filmed like a speed run.
