    A lot of trial and error during this tutorial lol. This will be confusing for newbies as you tend to undo a lot of the work and try again. The idea and technique that you used is what I needed.

    Learned a lot from this. One question, aren't the little cutouts on the body supposed to be in the other direction? letting it go into the bitholder but not out.

    1, Keep 1 sketch visible and leave 2 center lines in it would save a lot of time.
    2, Instead of using "Knit", intersect would work just find with few steps.
    3, The first boundary surface is not a very good practice. Choose cylinder surface offset by 0 then extend, or just extrude a cylinder surface.

    Nice work! If I did this, I'd eliminate the crotch surfaces (I realize you're showing what SW can do!) and use a swept rectangle cut instead. But if this part's going to made with a punch-press, then you don't need those surfaces. Also, most of the newer Posi-bits have ridges on the blades for gripping. Anyways, nice presentation at the end!

    The cuts between the philips blades is a simple grind operation. This is way more complicated than it needs to be, although it demonstrates a technique not oft used.

    В уроке построение сложное. Проще модель построить так: th-cam.com/video/SWUPF_U3E_o/w-d-xo.html
    Если знать технологию изготовления, то легко и построить модель.
    In the lesson, the construction is complex. It's easier to build a model like this: th-cam.com/video/SWUPF_U3E_o/w-d-xo.html
    If you know the manufacturing technology, then it's easy to build a model.

    The beginning of the video shows the bit without fillets as lines - as if you were able to turn a filleted surface into an ultra-clean surface. Mind explaining how you did that?

    If you're trying to do this and you are having some troubles, let me explain to you how i solved them.
    In the minute 4:12, the correct measurment it is 2.54, not 2.50.
    In the minute 12:40, there's no need to select both curves as it is shown in the video, so you don't need to convert entities (which it was my option when i saw that) It will work out the same if you select the curve as a whole. But, if you're having trouble with that, make sure that your lines are well drawn, otherwise it will never work.

    in minute 4:12 the dimention of that square is not 2.50 mm it must be 2.54 mm otherwise the tip of the bit will have like a little fillet screwing up the piece.

    • @rubik777
      @rubik777 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    • @charlesxabier1891

    • @andreasprongidis5339

      You have to hide some features that are related to the curves and show the sketch of the curves only.

    how to sync two circle example:-
    one circle dia75mm and secound circle dia1000mm
    dia1000mm (1000mm-100mm=900mm) so change
    dia 75mm change (75mm+100=175mm)
    mins i one circle dia minuse so secound dia pluse is value
    how create
    बहुत बढ़िया पर मुझे ऐसा काम कुछ इस तरीके से करना हो तो कैसे करे कृपया बताये
    जैसे के एक circle 75mm dia का हे और दूसरा circle 1000mm dia का हे
    अगर में इन दोनों में से किसी की भी साइज़ बदलता हु तो वो एक दुसरे में pluse minus खुद्ब्खुद हो जाये
    जैसे के अगर में 75 mm dia में 25 mm जोड़ता हु तो वो dia 100mm हो गया पर जो दूसरा dia जो 1000 mm का हे वो 975mm खुद्ब्खुद हो जाये
    बस ऐसे कोई भी एक dia अगर pluse होता हे तो दूसरा dia खुद्ब्खुद minuse हो जाना चाहिए
    और कोई भी एक dia minuse होता हे तो दूसरा dia खुद्ब्खुद pluse हो जाना चाहिए
    हा पर जितना हम pluse या minuse करते हे उतना ही value एक दुसरे dia में pluse minuse होना चाहिए
    कृपया करके ये बताये ये कैसे हो सकता हे solidwork में ?

    How do you expect someone to learn from this video ... were you in a race with someone to see who can do it the fastest ....I might add, I"m sorry that you have no voice, and your hearing is bad ... other wise you would have never played this horrible music. To bad, could have been a good learning video, but it is not !

    • @4n2earth22
      @4n2earth22 6 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Suggestions: Mute the sound and put your favorite music on instead. Use the playback speed control TH-cam offers and slow it down till it matches your speed. Perhaps there is more to learning than complaining?
