This is so much more understanding to me than all the PHD's with their books. Doing what I need to do that I don't want to do. The Greatest Sensei I have ever had. I need to stay hard. I'm missing my left achilles tendon, I have 3 spinal fusions, 3 shoulder surgeries, on and on. But I never quit. It sucks. But I want to have your Heart. Stay Hard. No Retreat and No Surrender. Phoned a so called friend last week ...was about 9 min telling them about my 85 year old dads first encounter with dementia. Dude knows my dad is 4 months into 0 to 6 month dementia and dysphagia diagnosis Dude knows my dad just got out of ICU two days prior and has pretty much been in hospital since Oct 31 (I'm writing this Jan 6) . Dude cut me off 9 min into conversation. Told me had to go make a sandwich. Adios dude.

Goggins is an online coach the best could u imagine if he coached a pro team I think they would go straight to top short stories in high school class of 88 we had a crappy wrestling team we got a ncca wrestling coach went straight from bottom of the league to second or first forgot tournaments with the bigger schools we were in second third place was amazing a small little town placing ahead of big towns one of the guys a heavyweight went to state u believe he won or took second graduated from school high school good kid nice kid got into crystal meth killed his mom and sister and it might have been two sisters with a knife terrible

I think they're looking at it the wrong way, it's a life wish that they have, and they understand there is no "work life balance" or whatever, there is just life, and most of us sleep walk through it, but these guys explore it to its fullest. Sometimes they crash out, but hey, we're all ending up in the same place.

When I read these comments I realize how many people miss the point of why we exist to begin with. Stay alone and stay hard means nothing. You have to suffer to serve others. Our reason for existence is to serve humanity. And god. Read Ephesians Ch 4. It says nothing about self service. It’s about others. Stay alone and stay hard is robbing god of your true purpose.
Good point ...I think though he means staying hard and being one allows you to maximize and find your full potential so that you can be off service to others. Hes actually done this by staying alone and staying hard and probably helped build a community he has provided service for. . 🙏👍
