When David says "Whenever he was getting beat down: Physically, Mentally, and Spiritually." -Those aren't light words coming from HIM. He's a frickn' Hero. All of our Navy Seals are. I run three 5k's a week and think I'm all that Lol. But seriously could you imagine how tough these guys are and what they can endure!
best mantality is, IS THAT IT ?
you need to get to a place physically were no matter how hard they push you, its only a fraction of what you push yourself,
when you start to buy into an easy , already constructed bliss, they've got you !

I agree with don’t be brainwashed by bullshit and others people progress or what they look like because u don’t have it focus on yourself and your own goals life’s not a sprint it’s a marathon focus on your progress on how u started and where u at now keep working in 3 months u will see more difference 3 more months shit becomes more easier and second nature and just keep going at it daily an hour a day push urself and after a year u can start focusing on specific targets and in 3 years u will be a fucking monster compared to where U started!!!!! Stay hard don’t focus on the model Snapchat focus on where u started and where u going💪💪🔥

Shut the mind down to shutting up. Learned from Judd +Pappy Judd how to do this. He was told to sit in the woods+close your eyes and illuminate one by one each and every noise you hear down to that one that seemed to travel the furthest. He did it down to the sound of a single cricket0took him 30 minutes I believe he said.He did it.
