Great content! I've heard you say posting comments is the best way to boost your profile so here goes. I love the podcast and how you break down songs. Your teaching and approach have taken my playing to another level. I just recently got both Fretboard Theory books and though I've been playing a while, I've filled in a lot of gaps just with Vol 1. I listen to all the podcasts and would love to hear a show about how you're preparing for the Huey Lewis Tribute gig i.e. what guitars you're bringing, amps or kemper profiler, what made you want to take the gig, how you're tackling learning the set list etc. If not, that's cool. Love the show! By the way, haven't heard from Dan Daniels in a while, I wonder how he's doing?
I took the Huey Lewis Tribute gig because I love the music and it's an established professional act. I'll be using my Kemper and PRS McCarty 594 with Seymour Duncan 59 pickups. I've been fortunate to find some helpful tabs at ultimate-guitar.com to help me learn the songs. The rest I'm filling in by ear. One song at a time then I add it to my practice routine.

Fantastic...You sure know your way up down and round the guitar.
Thanks for the video. It reminded me why I wanted to play guitar in the first place. Great lesson.
Rock on!
Excellent

@@desisernaguitar Thanks for the response, Desi! Break a leg!
Do you like Nashville better than Toledo? I went to BG and lived in Toledo for a couple years myself.
Nashville is a much better place for me to live. I love the area, climate, people, music, everything.
