My brother's daughter is not autistic she is 5 years she is very talkative,but she use to lick and apply the aalaiva on her next,is that a sensory need,what activities we can do to control it

Sir Mera beta 4 saal 2 month ka hai wo need based sentence bolta hai or instructions samjhta hai Kai baar confused bhi hota hai par he is gradually improving but wo bahut jiddi hai cap nahi pahanta hai kitna bhi kho nahi pahanta par use agar ye bol de ki agar nahi pahan rha to bike se niche utro to bigde man se pahan leta hai school jata hai to mummy ke sath chupchap chla jata hai par agar me leke jata hu to rone lag jata hai wo sirf mere sath khelna hi khelna chahta hai or kuch nahi krna chahta hai papa cycle dedo bolke bahar nikal jata hai to fir tej tej cycle chlata hai mujhe piche bhagna padta hai or mujhe piche bhagta dekh khush hota hai icecream ya toys kk dukan dekh Li to lena hi hai rone lag jata hai uske hisab se kuch na ho to rota hi rhta hai iske liye kya kru please suggest

Hello,, mere bete ko sensory issues bht hai visuals leta hai bht zyaada or hyperactive hai but jab uske sath kaam krte hai toh sitting hai bht acchi lrkin free hote hi woh ek jagah nai baithta orr ghar k baahar toh sambhlna mushkil hi ho jata hai orr meri ot therapist kahti hai ki bacche ko samjhaiye ki aeisa nai krte waisa nai krte kyu jab bacche me understanding aa jaati hai toh usse samjhaya jata hai ,, toh kya ek 5 years k bacche k liye hyperactivity or sensory ki koi activity ya sensory diet nai hoti but samjhane se sab ho paayega,,, ya yeh therapy cnte wale hme bevkoof bna rhe hai
