I actually like this place. The only thing I would want to change is the kitchen area. It’s a bit to small I would want a sink and bigger counter
it's a rental, not sure u can change it...best to look for a condo that suits u better 😉

every building has basic free wifi, both rooms have tvs and and other questions, your more than welcome to contact them 👍

there are local channels plus international stations but best to stream TV via the internet 👌
Hi Nina, I checked some reviews with this accommodation. Many people said the got cheated with Deposits they didn't got back, pay extra for electricity or had to sign a contract in Thai language they could not read.
people need to realize u shouldn't sign anything u can't read, it's easy to have things translated, go to a solicitor/lawyer will cost u 1000-2000 baht to have the papers checked and translated....some people are stupid...🙏🙏

electricity is separate and usually water is charged at around 200 Baht per month

Apart from the fact that you look amazing as always. These rooms are really extremely cheap. But for me personally it's too simple. More comfort with a fitted kitchen, a nice couch and a shower cubicle please. A little loving decoration would also be nice. Then it can also cost 12,000 baht.

Very cheap Nina , I think if you don't have long stay visa ,you have to leave country every 3 months ?I would love to retire in Thailand .
Depends where you are from. Most countries get 30 day visa on arrival.
As much as I love u two, I find it very hard to understand what Nina saying when explaining about Rooms. She talk too fast for me to know what she saying. I get most of it.......but sometime the important stuff I no get. Sorry.
