Yes it is scary..especially Medsurg...some nurses won't care if you're new or inexperienced. They will drag you down until you quit instead of teaching you the right way.

Hey, do I need a reference to get into the hospital or just apply by my own.
You can definitely apply on your own! They usually just require 6months to 1 yr direct patient care experience and/or a cna license
