And, based on the definition formula that you used, you are using the formula of Present/Past Perfect Continuous. In the Active Voice, the subject in a sentence acts upon its verb. While the Passive Voice, the subject in a sentence is a recipient of a verb's action.
In the Active Voice the subject is the DOER of the action and the direct object is the RECEIVER of the action. Example: I (subject/doer) EAT (simple present tense) RICE (direct object of the verb EAT).
In the Passive Voice the subject is the RECEIVER of the action. Example: RICE (subject/receiver) IS EATEN (simple present tense) by ME (object of the preposition ‘by’).
