Rudy was all over the place - and we loved him! So were we, an entire production team made up of punch drunk door kickers, we knew he would put out no matter what-but the Discovery Channel Execs had a stick up there asses and it got kanked . Then a few years later I found some TH-cam workout vids he posted and was amazed and glad he was back. Then we got some Rudy in fits and starts. Read the book too but wanted more. Always thought he'd really pop off but hasn't, but maybe he eventually will. He needs MGMT with the right vision maybe. I've seen him "off" in other vids. Manic or coke or whatever. No judging, just hoped he'd be okay. He sounds great now. Although I prefer Buddhist rudy over Jesus/Texas stuff. Hope that doesn't metastisize into something worse. Anyway, my fascination with this guy persists........

Yes, rudy has been let down by bad mgmt or overlooked for some reason. For my own amusement i have wanted to see him "make it" since generation kill and even stalkerishly emailed his old website to that effect. But it just been fragments here and there. Maybe that's the way it goes
During generation.kill era Rudy posted some workout vids with i think it was pure play tv or something from a gym called Fit in san diego. Just manic batshit, yet task-oriented energy. But the warmth still came through. Too bad the picture quality is probably not great at this point. Anyway, those vids are the litmus test for knowing if you're geared up for rudy or not
He’s a good bloke , really enjoyed both parts of this podcast. He’s probably not everyone’s cup of tea as he’s a bit hyper ( imagine him on the sniff 😂). Fair play to him working through his demons and his service. As someone who also went through a long spell in rehab for substance abuse, you can hear by the way he talks he’s done his rehab stint. The grief with Ant Middleton is more to do with having a US recon marine being chief instructor on an SAS/SBS show even though they do have Devgru but these are all tier 1 units , so it’s just military pride banter imo that has been blown out of proportion through whatever reason. Ant basically lost his job over some woke bull 💩at the time so he did come across a bit hard over it. But fair play to Rudy , but here’s the but…you may or may not beat Ant in a fight but 1 thing is for sure, he won’t run from you mate. Just let it go as it that comment kinda let you down a bit mate. I stumbled on interview with Rudy listening to it now, what was the beef between Ant Middleton (top bloke) & Rudy? *Aaaah shit, I just found it from 36.30 in, sorry Rudy I think you shot your mouth of too much there brother; Ant is actually a good, honest, accountable, ethical bloke, I think you'll regret throwing naive shade on a great man you'd probably get along with. Bit of a shame about that, & I'm understandably bias towards Ant Middleton as he's a Brit Regiment bloke, as much as I love Rudy.

No it is about genetics and good diet/exercise routine.. I have no issues with self discipline to exercise and eat very clean diet.
