1. Can't say exactly how many but there are many women seafarers who are doing excellent work.
2. Immediate actions are carried out by ship's next port of arrival country.
3. As far as I know, pregnent women are not allowed to sail.
4. Not like that.. Vacancies are very less over there comparing to cargo ships.
