Hi Sue! how fun that you are doing a mixed media project! I have been getting into mixed media too - I just got a gelli plate and tried that - oh it was so joyful to create with that. Wow - that crackle paste is so hard! Yes, you must have really wanted it! Love the texture with the metallic. I'm sorry that the paint didn't crackle as much as the paste - the paste looks amazing! Oh your flower is so gorgeous! I love how your page turned out - but most of all I love that you had fun doing it! Hugs!
Hi Rana! Yes, using the gelli plate is such fun! The first time I gelli printed was on February 14, 2014. Over 10 years ago. I remember because I went to a mixed media weekend at a crafty bed and breakfast in PA. I’ve been hooked on mixed media ever since. I now you will love it too. 🩷🩷🩷
Great work susan! This is such a great page! As always I enjoy watching your video and your laugh is always contagious. When I started mixed media years ago this was the style that was done so much and I feel like I don't see it as often anymore and I love it. Thanks for sharing with us❤
Hi Lolly. I agree with you. This style is not seen much anymore. I’m excited to share it again. It felt so good to go back to doing techniques I used to do years ago. 💕💕💕
So happy my video inspired you to have a play with some rusty crackle... and I think your page looks fabulous, despite all those uncooperative crackle mediums (they don't like to hang around waiting for you to play with them, it's true)! And the best thing of all is that you had so much fun with it. Thanks so much for the shout-out... much appreciated.
Thank you! I so much enjoyed using the rusty crackle and working on this page. It was just what i needed to get me back into mixed media. Thanks for sharing on your channel! I enjoy watching. 👍🏻💕👍🏻
Awesome page! Love the crackle and the colors you uskked.
Thanks Debbie. I totally enjoyed working on this page. 👍🏻
Very cool page Sue! Love the tear, and the rust effect. You’re so creative ❤
You are too kind Fran. You are the creative one!! ❤️

How fun!! It turned out wonderful!! Way to use it up, won't know until you try it!
Yes! Gotta try it. It’s a good way to clean out non usable stuff from my stash too. Some jars I haven’t opened in years. It’s always a surprise. 😀
This turned out amazing. ❤️🙂
Thanks so much Linda! ❤️
