Great video Nav. Looks like Condos supply on rise in GTA . Developers have sold Condos way higher and not people are not able to close. Vaughan pre Co Condos sold for 1150 per sq feet. Resale new condo today's rate is 900 per sq feet. I wonder how people will close at occupancy and final closing. Developers have already scooped 4 years profit( time it takes to build the condo) when they sold
💯 I agree with you - most precons are overpriced right now and lacks fundamental analysis. The ones’ we showed in this video are priced at the same level or lower than resale right now.
