they arent exactly a largeprogram, they dont really get 5 stars. they arent meant to be a great team, they ust give a little bit of strength to the big 10
They aren't a blue blood but they've won national titles and had several other undefeated seasons without being crowned champs. I agree with your overall point tjat they're just a Top 10-15 program. Just to offer a couple counter points, they have historically recruited well at QB, DE, and LB, and at one point were unquestionably LBU. Overall though, they have a ceiling under Franklin that they can't breakthrough.
