Great classic isn’t it bro? I love these young ladies. They certainly have a wide selection of music to choose from for sure. Van being from Belfast too, it’s nice to see them give him a nod. I listened to this yesterday afternoon just as I was leaving and forgot to comment. I told Clint yesterday it was here too so he will probably show up also. Great review bro.
Fun fact. Van Morrison had them open for him for a couple shows in Northern Ireland on the strength of this cover. I believe it was in Derry North Ireland.
Great reaction ! Van Morrison did indeed have them opening for a few shows for him on the basis of this most excellent cover ! There were quite a few musicians from Northern Ireland that got caught up in the bourgeoning UK music scene in the mid 60 's ( and yes I'm old enough to remember it from that time ) . 😮. Dea Matrona are following in a long and noble tradition whilst at the same time ploughing their own furrow musically . Reviews of the latest tracks released from their new album would be great and show how electric and creative their new music truly is . Cheers. !
I've requested some of the new tracks, I think all three singles released if I am not mistaken. Back Rain would be audio only since there is no video but it's amazing and one of my favorite DM songs now.
Thanks for the reaction. I just requested their latest single Every Night I Want You and it’s a departure from their covers and I think you’d like it. I think I also requested their previous two singles from the upcoming album, a video for Stuck on You and audio for Black Rain, all three different styles. Black Rain was voted track of the week for Classic Rock Magazine a couple weeks ago.
I knew you had to behind this one Vin.😊 I’m old enough to remember Van when he was with the band ‘Them’ performing this. You know he is from Belfast too?
@@bradtaggart5509oh yes, I’m pretty old as well. I don’t quite remember when Them released this but it was a radio staple in the early 70s when I began my musical journey.

Merci Vinnie de faire ces demandes de réaction.
C'est toujours intéressant d'avoir ces avis et ces commentaires.
