    Wendy's Castle was already good but with the inclusion of the new Beta 5 elements and Dr. Jumbo, it is really shaping up to be an excellent send off to World 2.

    Two new characters and power-ups?
    An enemy gallery?
    Looking forward to playing this even more now that I can use the Superball Flower! I'm also really curious to see how you'll do the enemy gallery. Is it in its own menu? Does it include every enemy and boss in the episode? Do the bosses only become viewable in the gallery after they're defeated?

      The Enemy Gallery is most likely gonna be level based as I don't have the know-how to code a menu for it. The current plan is for it to be unlocked once you have collected every sphere in the respective world and previous ones. So to the unlock the gallery for World 1, you would just have to get every Sphere in World 1. To unlock the gallery for World 6 for example though, you would have to collect every Sphere in World 6 and the five previous ones.
      This also ensures that you have to have defeated every foe to view there entry, especially as World 7 has a brancing path where only one variant of 7-2 has to beaten to progress.

    Character exclusive level design? How did you learn to pull that off? That could give levels ton of replay value!

      It's pretty simple in this case actually. At the beginning of the level I just check for a specific character and if that character is played (Toad/Jill in this case), the Music changes to the alternate tune. Everything else is always there, just not something you get to see the first time around as Jill isen't playable at that stage.
      I could however also trigger an event the same way, but I don't want to put too much content in that as only players going for 100% will ever see it. So far I also only have a planned passage like this in World 1-3 for whom I'm not sure yet, 2-Fortress for Jill and 5-Fortress for Eric. If I end up making Salvador Kruger a playable character as well, he won't have rooms like this as unlocking him is planned a fetch quest type thing, where you have to talk to a few different NPCs across most of the entire game.
