Thanks for this recipe! I didn't put the lemon on..but the butter and salt and pepper was more than enough. Never cooked tuna steaks..and with in minutes it was seared ..frying on high temperature in frying pan 😃
Executive chef... 2 finger rings... its not considered hygienic while doing cooking activities.. your tuna might be the best one , but will never eat it you you did not remove your rings...

I always thought, ‘of all people a chef (no, an executive chef) would know the difference between BAKING and frying..........hmmmmm....?
