Wow! This is a great build. Very clean and efficient. I did an M119 swap into my W126 SEC and it didn't require anything like the modifications you've made to your car. I was even able to retain the rear hydraulic suspension (SLS). Really, a custom exhaust was all that was required. Well done and good on you.
Very Clean swap. I'm interested in your custom control arms for the R&P steering. Did you get the arm length correct to keep the same turning circle? I'm planning the same steering swap for a W123. Do you have the CAD model to sell?
Very desirable swap, clean execution. Are you using the donor car’s transmission electronic control unit, or an aftermarket unit like the “Powertrain Control Solutions” TCM-2800 for the Chrysler NAG1 version of the 722.6?
Brent, did you keep the specs for all the custom stuff you had to create, like brackets and such? I'd be willing to purchase them for you if you did. Let me know!
I have CAD drawings of the main brackets like engine and transmission mounts, differential mounts etc. then all the smaller ones I have photos, of which there is something like 30 plus brackets I made for coolers, pumps etc. Engine and transmission mount drawings are available for purchase.
insane build really interested in that steering rack conversion, can bby any chance u can share the cad file for the tie rods and engine mount brackets
The tie rods I purchased off the shelf, they are Z32 Meaghan racing adjustable. The engine mount bracket design I sell as CAD or can have them CNC cut, if interested I can give you a price.
How much better is the steering feel with the R&P? The steering in my mother in laws e320 4matc was totally dead feeling, I've not driven a rear drive W210 tho. The USA cars got anti-squat in 86 and 87 I think. Crazy your car had the sway bar end failure, it looks so clean. Mine is a bit of a rusty turd, so it wasn't hugely surprising I had to replace the ends.
The rack and pinion has a much better feel, there is no vagueness around centre anymore, I have adjusted the rack preload to give the right amount of feedback to my liking
Hey mate, would you be interested in selling? I’m Melbourne based but I’m happy to travel for a gorgeous build like this. Please let me know. Thanks mate, love your work
You can use E55 but need to change the oil pan to a S55 type. The ECU can be used but you will need an aftermarket TCU and a module to tell the ECU it is in gear
@@thesandman6600 OK let me know what you are interested in. Most of the parts like the engine mounts are fabricated but I'm looking into cost to get them CNC machined due to the requests coming through.

Incredible work 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The plate 👍
WOW!! cant wait to see more of this
I have a w124 E500 sedan. one day I'll do the m113k and 722.6 Transmissiom swap. amazing work.
Very class conversion , love it👌💪
Great work!
Nice job Brent
Big work! 👌🏻
you legend!
Oh boy, I just stuck this in my watch list and look forward to sitting down and taking it in sometimes in the next few days. I subscribed for more.

The new arms are in production now so will test in 2 to 3 weeks. I don’t know how familiar the w123 steering setup is to the w126

I am using an OFGear TCU
Do you have a comprehensive breakdown of this build? and are you willing to open source the CAD files you created to mount the m113k in the c126?
I can sell the CAD drawings for the mounts or supply a finished package

@@BrentoBenz Sweet! This is such an amazing project, too bad going to cars and coffee would be a bit of a drive for me from Washington State :D
Can we get more videos talking about the whole build? Like cost, time etc
Yes, but cost and time will be left alone in case my wife sees the video 😉
Hello, does your steeringrack have an SPS sensor on it. did you bypass it or does e55amg steeringsystem have olso an sps sensor singnal?
I used a W210 steering rack, it has no sensor.
Do you have instagram where I can buy most of the CAD files
I’d like those as well
Yes you can buy from me. My instagram is brent0box0
Its not showing up on Instagram

can a w211 e55 m113k engine be used including the loom and ecu, if not what would need to be changed in order to use this in a w126 sec

where would i get the fittings for the an transmission lines?
You can use any company like Aeroflow, speedflow, raceworks etc. they are just metric threads with washers in the transmission
what transmission did you use from which car
722.6 5 speed auto form the S55 AMG
Hello, what set of brakes did you install there, discs and calipers
356mm discs with 6 pistons calipers front, 325mm discs 4 piston calipers rear
@@BrentoBenz what car model do the discs come from or were they made to order
thanks for the answer mm the same engine swap only w123C
did you make the headers
No I had them fabricated
