Mark the master craftsman provided another outstanding travelogue of the beautiful BWCA/Quetico area. No one creates a better north country video than Mark! Exceptionally well done Mark. Thank you.

Another beautiful video Mark about my favorite place. I've only heard stories of whitefish but have never seen one. What an amazing group of guys Tom and his crew are. Thanks for sharing this awesome trip!

Steve, thanks for watching and especially your comment. The whitefish blew my mind as well, and then to learn that Lake Michigan is the largest harvest site at 6 million pounds a year and I live an hour away and had no clue. . . One thing for sure, we never stop learning! Hope you have a great season in '25!.

Nicely done video Mark! I was pleasantly surprised to see you had posted a video! When my husband and I were up in Ely a few years ago, we were at the Dorothy Molter/Isle of the Pines museum and met one Bob Cary's daughters, Barb. She was cleaning the replica of her dad's office. She was such a nice person and was nice enough to spend some time telling us about her dad! We had purchased a copy of of her dad's book Root Beer Lady and she signed it for us! We'd love to go back sometime and see Isle of the Pines in person! Love your videos and wishing you all the best! Praying for a good outcome to your hip surgery!

Chopinlvr: There you go again, encouraging the channel, as you have done since almost day one. I hope you ended up getting your husband up to Isle Of Pine, which I think you had intended to do in the past if memory serves. As always, I appreciate your viewership and especially your inspiring comments. Your husband and I have something in common in that we both married very well. I know you have been the driving force behind your trips, and in my case, my wife has been the driving force behind anything technical related to the channel, including all the editing and anything related to video production. This channel wouldn't exist if not for her. Thanks again for your participation! Oh, and BTW, surgery was in early DEC and I'm good as new. Big spring trip ahead!

Great time of the year for a new trip video. Can’t wait for spring now. Do you have a Spring trip planned yet Mark?

Hey Fisherman Boyle! I have been planning the spring trip, a big one this year, and it might provide a chance to rendezvous and shoot some good content that we can share with the viewers on both channels. If you would email me at markpotaczek@gmail.com and I'll share the specifics. Thanks for reaching out and have been loving your content for years now--as I always say, you are so lucky to have your wife along on your trips. . . When my wife put me on notice that her 15th trip would be her last, that's when I bacame a soloist.

Pretty cool how you used Paddle Planner map to show your route. Toms island that you and the guys were at ia know as the "kitchen site" at least that is what I heard. Next time you go through the Man Chain lakes, take the creek out of No man lake, it is really nice. There are also some real nice camp sites on those lakes.

Thank you Donald, for watching and especially your helpful comment. I'll check that creek out next time I'm in that area.
