I've done this once for heater core replacement. I took the complete instrument panel & heater A/C plenum out of the car & just left the wiring harness on the floor. Took me about two days.
Hello LMR, you have an incredible market for replacement 79-86 AND 87-93 dashboards. Over the years many Fox dashes have been suffered damage and wear from sun drying and all sorts of installations / removals. Do you guys have any plans to offer? The used market is full of broken, cracked or ridiculously priced used dashboards -HELP!!
I already can tell how many connectors will break as soon as I’m trying to pull all of those wires I really want to change the steering column and the lights behind the dash
Oops! I didnt read properly. That's how messed my head is. All over the place. Lol. I'm planning on removing the whole dash as I want to get the black section vinyl wrapped. So I might as well replace the heater core and ac part since itll be out. I've also purchased a speedometer cable.
Touch the screen, those 2 small lines (II) in the middle of the screen are called a pause button. You can also double tap left side of the screen to go back 10 seconds

Hey Nicholas, our product development team has been looking into it! However, we do not have any plans as of right now. Maybe sometime in the future!
I agree someone needs to make a replacement dash for the 87-93 Foxbody.
@@latemodelrestoration Hey, it’s about 2 years later. Perhaps time to take another look at replacement Fox dashboards- 87-93?
@@BE60IFR Thanks for the follow-up comment. I'll be sure and mention this to the product team again. -Landan
Hey LMR do you have any plans to make or sell the 86 5.0 wiring harness, I’m trying to engine swap mine
I can make a new product idea with our product development team to look into it! Thank you for the feedback and suggestion!

If you're planning on only changing the lights, you dont need to pull out the whole dash.
@@dc007fan forgot to mention the heater core
It’s gone after 30 years of service

We need this video for the new edge.
We have one! Check the link for the full removal: th-cam.com/video/HmIGg_d2Pfw/w-d-xo.html
Would have been nice to see removal of radio as well.
What year car do you have? -Landan
I got to run some wires through the firewall in mine.
How many gloves did you go through making this video 😝
One too many 😬😂
Thanks
Okay now tell me how to put it back together 😭
This is one of things where you reverse the removal steps. -Landan
I think I’m just going to paint my dash in the car lol
😂😂
Anyone else notice his gloves slowly falling apart as the video progresses?
😬😬
