Bengaluru peripheral ring road was delayed from last 2 decade because of several political and financial reasons. Bengaluru perperial ring road is big gift for other state vehicles who is required to go on bengaluru to reach their destination.

Many many housing societies are making layouts surrounding Bangalore Intl airport, IVC ROAD, Devanahalli etc. They have similar formalities. Become member with small membership amount (Rs2000-3000). Site Rs 999 -1399 etc..in 4 instalments etc. Many have not distributed sites even after 10-15 yrs. Always there will be a developer behind this. please make an episode about this kind housing societies. Factual, investigative, informative. You will have more freedom to get the facts from all the concerned. It will be greatly helpful. Namaste.

Government entered the details in the land phani. Soo every farmer is harassed by this. They couldn't sell not even a feet by the stupid work of the government.

Yes it's different from satillite town ring road this is peripheral ring road both are different ring roads
If PRR going get delay do immediately pipeline road from tumkur road to White field 30 MTR which show in CDP 2007 already IOC paid compensation in 1999 for 24 MTR wide gets 50% traffic relief no need much effort if government really want help Bangalore let them start underground tunnels take 30 years to complete none of present minister will be alive
I don't think it will get delayed because all the pending cases are resolved. I agree with the landlords getting less compensation that's the only bad happed.

why can't charge Levy the cost of project from who get benefit they mostly bothside three km they get value for their land 100% and more charge 30 % land value who all pay give them 1:4 FSI but not force 99% land owners pay because they want legal building any one don't want pay keep old FSI use that money to pay land looser and farmers at least market value don't cheat them
This always happens in big infrastructure projects Someone loses and some get bounty.

The lands are under notification and the government is ready to pay compensation according to land acquisition act 1894. but in that compensation amount is very less, The land owners are demanding for compensation according to land acquisition act 2013. According to this act you will get a compensation amount of two times the present market price. The present government also promised to look into it this is the present situation.
