quote me on this by the end of the year, but 2019 is going to be the year where new games will follow WoW's model, subscription on top of paid events and time-limited cosmetics
I said this in the last video about this. "Rare" lol. A tiny circle... how very "rare" it is. Maybe they meant "It's *RARE* that we find idiots this dumb, that we can sell them a dot..."
if they think that red Is "rare" they should check their stock prices for entire year of 2018, it was full of it. here's hoping they get more of the rare delicious RED.
Exactly. Can't blame Activision for making an easy buck. If you had the ability to throw out your trash for free or get a quarter anytime you did it, wouldn't you charge that quarter?
@@pollo20x6 No, because not everyone is a greedy bastard and have some sense of honor and dignity and doesn't want to try to treat their fans like idiots.
@@realSaintJules I dont like people. If people are seriously stupid enough to buy trash off of me, some randomn nobody, for money, then why deny them what they clearly want? Im obviously not siding with any of these corporate scumbags. I wouldnt try charging 2 quarters or more. But i dont like people. So fuck em. Its not an act of greed, so much as contempt/disdain for shitty people.
Surprised they didn't just release the single red dot as it's own standalone $60 game, $80 if you get the collectors edition that comes with a concept art book of the single red dot, or $120 if you get the ultimate edition that comes with the art book and a little plastic statue of the single red dot.
And then there are...fans...that defend the publishers no matter what they do, but criticize creators as greedy youtubers that only want to make money.
im sorry sir, but you havnt bought the "Pepperidge Farm sweet memories of long gone past" DLC pack for this comment. thatll be $15.99 non refundable, or an extra $20 for the season pass... where youre GUARANTEED 2 days early access to the best memories you once had about the good ol days of gaming. also non refundable.
Dude did you even try to research? The "guns" have been there almost 2 months now and there just camos. Remember the pre order exclusive? They're just like that. Camos. No new stats or boosted base stats or built in perks or built in attachments. It's still stupid I agree. And micro transactions need to go. But don't go spreading misinformation just because.
Strip off your horse's armor to sell it back to you. Strip off your character's clothes to sell it back to you. Strip off your character's hair and makeup to sell it back to you. Strip off your weapons' paint to sell it back to you. Strip off your character's exp gain to sell it back to you. Now they are stripping off the dots in your UI to sell it back to you.
Bell Drop Rockstar did that when Gta online went live for the first time. I earned some cash and cars, then I got completely stripped of all of it and had to get all of it back. I played it for a bit, then said FUCK IT and never played the game ever again.
Danny D I stopped at MW3 so I don't play and please correct me if i am wrong but after a quick google/forum search, you can pray to rnjesus to sometimes get a pitiful amount at the end of a game or grinding daily/weekly challenges. Why I am upset buy this is because in the original black ops you had mostly the whole unlock system using an in game currency that you earned for almost everything you did. On top of the passive earning you could do challenges/wager matches to earn more than normal. I simply do not see the need to make a more exclusive grindy currency to lock not just stupid skins but also stuff like the reticles other than an attempt to get more money out of impulsive people and see how far they can go.
How to fix this terrible industry for 2019: 1) Never buy anything from Activision, EA, Konami, Ubisoft, nor Warner Bros (if there is any other publisher you don’t like, add them to this list). Any game from them now will have ruined potential and will always be badly designed on purpose to sell microtransactions, lootboxes, and cheat codes. Create the stigma that anything with these publisher’s name on it is a lesser product because it’s true. If you absolutely NEED to have one of their games but still want to get it legally, wait about a year until the game is on sale with included DLC or (preferably) buy a used copy. 2) Never pre-order any game. Waiting until the game comes out to give them money will force them to make sure it’s a functioning, bug-free (as possible), complete game. 3) Wait until said publishers are downscaled/bankrupt from lack of sales. Even if they change their ways after suffering financial struggles, they’ll just go back to their current agenda once they’re back on top again. Let them burn in bankruptcy. They never cared about you. Don’t give them the satisfaction. 4) Wait until they’re forced to sell IPs and franchises to better publishers in order to cut costs from going under. Developers let go from this should also be given employment opportunities from said publishers. This is, unfortunately, the only drawback to this plan as there’s no telling what will happen to said franchises and developers. 5) Spread. This. Message. Feel free to copy/paste this comment anywhere it’s relevant! Anyone who says “this won’t work” is doing EXACTLY what these publishers want. The moment you give up and think uniting against exploitative and terrible business practices is fruitless is the moment you lose. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. This has worked before and it will work again
Yeah it's rare because barely anyone is stupid enough to buy it lol @Your Daddy. I swear years ago one of these publishers' executives tossed around the idea of charging one dollar per clip of bullets.
i found this extremely hilarious, so i started laughing my ass off ridiculously...but then i just had a thought about the future of games and gaming industries and i noticed my laugh had turned into a cry
Let it go buddy, it's time for the AAA industry to die. I know it's sad, I know we will loose great IPs, but maybe one day, it'll rise from it's ashes and be great again :)
The gaming industry is on the brink of a total crash, which will be on a much larger scale than the 1983 or the 1991 crashes in terms of sheer amount of loss in money and jobs. Studios will be closed or bought-out, and no risks would ever be taken for a couple of years. A complete re-evaluation will then ensue of what gaming as an entertainment medium, an art form and a commercial industry means and should be followed for a full revitalization. It is time for indies to shine through all the regurgurated garbage of AAA studios and publishers.
I more exclusive game now than triple AAA and I’m not surprised why, after Star Wars battlefront 2, I’m less trusting on AAA games now than I was before it, I don’t industry to die but let die and be reborn after.
BTW, if you think that's the worst Konami does let me point you towards the Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game. The mobile game duel links nickels and dimes players as you'd expect but the card game itself intentionally short prints cards that were already printed at a higher value and bare in mind in that game these cards are often played at 3 and can reach prices from £50-80 each.
Well, Red Dead 2’s primary mode is single player and that is unmonetised. Spider - Man PS4 is completely shop free (except for DLCs - no micro transactions)
Nepu-Tech USA They pay Sony and Xbox the right to sell their games on their console... *EDIT:* Well, Spider - Man is made by Sony in partnership so we’re talking about RDR2
Literally a dollar here people. Not worth complying about. Don’t want it don’t buy it. Imo it’s defiantly worth a dollar, it’s the best reticle in the game, and it’s literally a dollar, pocket change. Pick up coins and you can buy it lol. Or prove your point and buy a mcdick cheeseburger,
What do you wanna bet they made THOUSANDS off that little dot. The stockholders at Activision probably universally creamed their pants at the first sale of that reticle screaming “ITS WORKING!”
Haha that's funny. Honestly, I think that Activision is soooo disengaged with their customers that they probably don't even realize how stupid this is. "Oh, people like to look down sights? Let's try and sell them DIFFERENT COLORED SIGHTS!"
Well, Call of Duty _does_ have an entire fanbase of people retarded enough to buy every new CoD game as it's released every year. When the CEO of EA said that gamers are idiots, he wasn't lying.
Bethesda made a mistake. a big one. but i don't think they are in the same league as EA. Bethesda gets one more change in my opinion. just to throw away all of those good games they made for one shitty one.... one more chance Bethesda, then your on your own. but yeah EA can fuck off.
I'd say that the one company that hasn't followed suit with this behavior is CD Projekt Red, but with the release of Cyberpunk 2077 coming in the near future, it remains to be seen if they'll continue to avoid the "charge them for *EVERYTHING* " mentality
He might be cheap but even he believes in having a good product. Think of how passionate he is about his recipe. If you're going to be greedy at least don't make a trash product or fawk over your customers. (Loved the comment btw.)
@@Spectralyze They aren't even worth it. There's no guarantee that Activision won't sell those quote unquote "exclusive" skins in the Black Market a month later.
I'm glad this guy exists along with other channels that reveal gaming companies piggish ways. It brings awareness not only to the audience but to the actual companies. This is the first step on fighting back on these "dlc" B.S. Let's let them know we are aware
Gehqster is be more glad if he didn’t stretch out a video about a fucking dot for $1 up to 10 minutes repeating the same thing so that he himself gets more money
When multiple dots are brought together a secret loot box appears that allows you to buy a quest to obtain a secret shopkeeper that sells holy hand grenades.
To anyone that doesn't get it, the company that made the widely-hated Nuka Cola Rum bottles for Fallout claimed that they used plastic bottles instead of glass because they were "better" and that it took them 100 hours to program them for 3D printing.
like Jim Sterling says: it's not enough to have some of the money, they want to have all of the money. Next move by Activision will probably be microtransaction bullets that do extra damage but costs $1.5 per bullet.
Platypunk i believe that already exists in world of tanks i think jim steeling did a video about the premium tank shells in world tanks to take out heavy tanks
@@Fl4m3tu5 I haven't bought a microtransaction in a Fee to Pay game so far yet I keep getting them thrown in my face. Assassin's Creed: Origins had its microtransactions literately advertised in the start menu. Vote with your wallet only works when the company in question isn't a complete sinkhole of greed and shit, it also doesn't work when others happily buys them. As far as your view of Jim Sterling goes I can only say that I would disagree with your description of him but that he's a divisive person so I totally get where you're coming from.
Look at Horizon Zero Dawn for PS4. They released the game for the base price of $60, with no other versions of the game. And the base game has a beautiful long story and a lot of content. Then months later they released the first DLC Expansion, and no season pass. Then months after that they released the 2nd and last DLC expansion. But when they released the 2nd, the last DLC, at the same time they released a complete edition if the game that includes the base game and all DLC's, for $40 ( I think, it may of been sold for $50, cant remember). But a brand new game that just dropped its last DLC was sold for much much less then any other AAA game at its base state. AND Horizon Zero Dawn has ZERO micro-transactions! None, not a single one, and can be played completly offline, and the complete edition included ALL of the DLC on the Disc! No need to download most of it from the internet. lol. Thats why Guerilla Games is up at the top of my favorite game studios.
For those who say “it’s just a dollar” are the very ones that these greedy bastards feed off of. YOU ARE THE ONES TO BLAME for the direction gaming has gone. Soon activision gon be charging 1 dollar a mag for your guns. Yup, soon it’s not even gonna be “pay to win” it’s gon be “pay to play”

I love Black Ops 4, it is literally one of the best games this year in terms of execution. They built one of the, if not THE, best FPS battle royalle game types. They made the regular multiplayer incredibly fun and one of their best yet in terms of balance, map design, player movement, etc. They added incredible new game modes too. All of this has sparked new life into the already booming competitive scene with the CWL Vegas even getting record views on all streaming platforms. People hate so much on CoD and Fortnite but there is a reason they are loved by the vast majority of gamers, not everyone's cup of tea and I get that and the companies are very business orientated but behind that veil of greed, they make AMAZING games.
I dont know, call of duty is a shit show and people still buy it What is wierd is how its one of the most selling game out on the market, but in 2 weeks the player base geta cut in half, so people are just buying the game for the sake of buying it
True, they deserve even more but that helps one of the best libraries and most disposal at our service for free. Everyone should be gratefull something like it exists, helping all the world with knowledge.
The Greed in the gaming community leaders is killing great games... fallout 76, black ops, so many more... I'm never going to get excited about these titles again
its all cosmetic though, and in bo4, most of the cosmetic stuff is free anyways, and fo76 lets you earn it easily as well (talking about these 2 games microtransaction wise)
Mobile gaming has ruined it. These companies are selling us free to play for 60 bucks. That and the suckers who keep buying the same game every year thats nothing more than a mod of the same game.
Liberty Prime Everyone disagrees with me, but when Triple A Games collapses, Free to Play Games like Warframe will be the new Norm in the Gaming Industry. I see it going this way.
Reticle customization used to be a default option in many shooters since it is helpful to colorblind people. Now they have to pay extra to be accommodated?
as someone who is perpetually broke: GAMES YOU PAY 60 BUCKS FOR SHOULDNT HAVE ANY MICROTRANSACTIONS. PERIOD. and even then. f2p games can be good and monetizable at the same time. look at warframe.
that one guy or legit any other popular f2p game. We got tf2, warframe, paladins and even fortnite. All great examples of good f2p models. Kinda sad we live in a time where f2p games are getting better than $60 triple A games
Ya, you can either have a game sold for money with a DLC pack or two whose content is same for everyone, or a F2P game with some extra content sold for money, but trying to have both in the same game is pure, unadulterated greed.
Already were into 2019 they're trying to take the accolade from EA. These guys at Activision are wasting no time "let's get worse publisher of the year award"
EA : en route to be worst company of 2019 ! Activision : Wait for it, I just released for 1$ a handful of pixels arranged in circle, lol. Bethesda : Hold my 79$ low quality plastic bottle piss rum with caramel food coloring.
I never played the game, but weren't DOTS on scopes kind of "standard" in most games, and in red? I believe that there even a few that lets you customize the color of ther "laser" dot on certain sniper rifles in-game. This is basically an obvious cash grab for what it is. And shit like this is why some people are already unsubbing from their games, yet they still have the gall to wonder why.
I've stopped buying these loot box, pay to win bullshit games, they just remind me how old I really am because I end up reminiscing about back when I was a kid and games came complete and with all content included when you bought them.
As someone who's old enough to have seen an actual pong arcade machine in a bowling alley in the 1970's, and witnessed, and fell in love with games from the electromechanical arcade games we had at that time, to the first console games, then to our computer games, I have to say this. The current state of our video game industry, especially our console game industry, really makes me so damn angry. There's a reason that I stopped playing console games long ago. And now the crap that's been infesting the console market is even filtering into many of the PC games. And we even had a new platform to play with, mobile. This was a marvelous new opportunity for game companies to create new and interesting games for gamers. But what did they do with this? They dropped the ball and pretty much every single one of them is a quick cash grab designed to milk gamers for money. The game industry, which I loved so much when I was younger, has this... sickness now that I just don't see it recovering from and it's so damn sad. We have this generation of kids who are growing up now who think that it's totally normal for games to just release completely unfinished where the content will be added later, or worse, they'll just have to pay the developer for the content for their unfinished game. The kids nowadays have no problems with these games that are stores first and a game second. This is the new "normal". And it makes me so damn angry to see what this industry has become. A game shouldn't be designed by saying, "What can we sell?" and designing the game around that.
To be fair, my man, this year has been an incredible year to be a PlayStation console owner. The good hasn't gone anywhere; don't let the bad drown it out!
I am of a similar age, I remember when the Apple1 came out, while the hardware today is better than we dreamed and drooled about then ,the games at going downhill, the SINGLE player games are dying. and as a bit of software protection require internet connections(SimCity for example)
I don't accept any of this, I was born in 96. My younger brothers recognize how wrong this stuff is as well but they're more lenient with it. I will never buy a microtransaction and am steering away from those games. The main game I'm playing rn is Hollow Knight(buy indie)
@@brucecox5884 It's all about squeezing continuous cash out of the people who buy the damn games. Why make money only on the game sale when they can double dip? Triple dip? Make them keep paying for the same game that they just purchased, over and over and over again. That's the philosophy now. We need this thing to have multiplayer! All games need to be multiplayer! Multiplayer is cheap to make because we don't have to invest in making an AI. We don't have to design a story, or as many maps. AND because it's usually competative, or people want to work together, we can use the opportunity to sell LOTS of stuff because people are going to want to differentiate themselves from other players. Gamers have this thing where they always want to "Be the best" and we can make them look the best... BY PURCHASING THESE THINGS!!!! Over and over again!!! That's why single player is gone. Thank the maker that the PC is STILL a haven for developers who aren't going routs like this. I support the hell out of "Dwarf Fortress" (Seriously, the best fantasy game I've ever played, and I still play it.) for instance. But the trend is really heading toward monitizing everything possible and for every single thing in a game being a transaction. I'm terrified that this is the future for our games. The saying, "Greed is good." seems to have taken hold.
Something Wicked , there actually is a standard red dot reflex, this is an alternate cosmetic you can equip in place of the dot. You can also put in mustaches, among other things, as the alternate optic.
Those people saying, “it’s only a dollar” should remember that when they play the free version of a game instead of paying a dollar for the ad free full-version. Or any time they see an app for $1 and say “that’s too much for an app.”
I think the argument with people who say "it's only a dollar" is simpler than that. It means get out or play the game. Kind of an ultimatum. Where the argument is "my way or the high way" where the "highway" is you stop playing or complaining.. Which I agree with unfortunately. Either you play with the people who create the game or you don't. You, as the customer, have no right to force a company to remove microtransactions but you do have the power to stop playing the game.
@@bangalorewolf5952 A dollar for something that should be free. That little red dot should be a free one and then more impressive ones could come in a package priced at $1 Now that could be fair. But I play warframe...so i dont spend money lol
I already paid 60$ for it, in the older games I could have a bunch of dots in different colors built in idc if its "only a dollar" small or high shitty offers like this should not be accepted that just tells them they can keep doing it
@@bangalorewolf5952 damn youre fucking dense Why is it that a red dot was free in the previous games and now you pay for it while still paying for the full game? Its just to test customers and see how much they can monetize that which was free before.

I don't mind corporations as long as they don't constantly fuck me over. I buy cheap groceries from a massive corporation after all, but they just sell me the product I want at a reasonable price then leave me alone. It's not being a corporation that makes a business terrible, it's terrible business practices that make a business terrible.
You ppl who buy these microtransactions are just as guilty as the game developers. I have stopped buying games with rippoff microtransactions. Ther are plenty of games without..
I honestly dont mind the lootboxes in overwatch since you can buy any item you want with ingame currency thats very easy to get as well as the loot boxes themselves, i have almost everything in overwatch and never spent a dime
@@PlayfulFruitLPer I think it gets the most blame becasue it was the most prolific right at the time when people started to realise how exploitative companies could be with them.
With Destiny 2, they got caught halfing exp gains but claimed to have fixed it by doubling exp needed to level up... effectively making increase from 2x harder to level to 4x harder. Activision is a dirty, slimeball company but unfortunately, the Publishing titans that are poisoning the gaming industry have control of almost all the Developer companies/studios. When one Publisher owns 30 Developer studios... we have monopolies.
yup and season passes that aren't really season passes (Destiny 1 I'm looking at you and that couple hundred I spent on DLC becuase if it's one year after release the season pass doesn't cover it bullshite and won't buy microtrans it's bullshit) I feel old saying it but I remember when micro transactions didn't exist game were sold complete and were bug checked so hard before release since patches and quick fix didn't exist and both gamers and devs had belonged to the nerdy kid like me who didn't fit in anywhere and were even made fun of for playing them XD now games are the cool thing and playing outside is boring and oddly I like to be outdoors more now
Eventually you should be prepared for f2p games even from AAA publishers. Microtransactions produce so much money that many publishers will take the hit and make and make f2p games with aggressive stores that are way more successful in the long run. In mobile games, 0.02% of the playerbase pays for 50% income of a mobile game's earnings.
Ilias Gyf So true. Whilst for mobile games tons of people might pay a little bit it’s the very small percent of dedicated players that either want everything or want to be the best that will drop hundreds if not thousands just for something that is so bad. I don’t get buying micro transactions especially since in a couple of years time you might have moved onto another thing anyhow and that purchase would be wasted.
It ruins the gaming experience when you can just buy things instead of earning it, and putting gear behind a pay wall that should be included in the 60$ game just pisses people off.
The era of microtransactions never existed until smart phones and their games introduced them. Kids don't understand that microtransactions used to not exist and that the things they now pay for used to come from either full DLC packs or free updates. They also don't understand that buying this crap just perpetuates this obvious cash grab culture. If you want it to stop, STOP BUYING IN. Complaining usually does nothing.
I don't consider sight customization to be purely cosmetic. A different shape, dot, or even color can offer advantages when aiming down sights. Anyone who plays online FPS games could probably attest to this. I truly hope the this AAA crash carries on until these publishers are dismantled by their boards.
True, even in Overwatch go for a simple green neon dot that I can aim accurately and see regardless of whatever colored object I'm looking at. Helps maintain aim when trying to hit targets against the sky without a light colored/white reticle getting lost against the blue.
@@Firitesen Blending in? Literally every enemy has a handful glaring red lights attached to their character model that sets them apart from the scenery. As far as I'm aware there are no skins that remove that.
If we are at the red dot right now, what will be next? It's a quite interesting question. I honestly can't imagine how to top this, but they will find a way to do it.
IMO it’s not a cosmetic item, it’s honestly the best reticle in the game and it makes lining up head shots much easier. It’s honestly a perfect reticle, and it’s literally a dollar. Less than a candy bar. Not a big deal lol
j d yeah but it’s just the message it’s sending. IMO this reticle should be earned by getting 2000 or maybe 5000 kills with a red dot sight. Not a cheap 1 dollar reticle every average person can use to get good. But that’s just my opinion on the matter.
What you should do is contact the guys who put out the razzies and see if they will add some game related stuff. When the general public is involved then the companies will listen.
Don't forget Bugthesda, they've been working very hard for it... N they've been doing a great job this last months... Almost forgot... I haven't send bethesda my essay...
Were at the pinnacle of bullshittery for games now. Sad that the thing that has been my go to for nostalgia and memories through the years is just a hopeless cash grab for companies like Activision. Luckily my faith in humanity is already gone so nothing surprises me -_-
I think the COD fanbase has some kind of stockholm syndrome. I do not see another explanation of why they buy the same half-ass game every year. Stop supporting Activision, be like the Battlefield community and do not buy the game!v
Publishers got too successful, too quickly. Now that the gaming market is reaching saturation, those massive gains don't happen. But investors, lusting after that coveted label "Billionaire", refuse to rein in their expectations and want to see those gains continue.
@@r.p.4756 And? That's exactly why their investors in particular have such unrealistic expectations. All the 'old school' publishers saw steady gains in the '90s and very early '00s, but then came a profit explosion in the mid-00s, followed by an even more extreme level of profits with the first experiments with microtransactions. After that, there was no going back without danger of a hostile take-over as investors, chasing that quick cash, moved on to other investments and sold their shares. In many ways, microtransactions are the tiger publishers have chosen to ride. It's been one hell of a thrilling ride for them, but they can never safely get off of it.
The problem isnt that ACTIVI$ION is selling a Dot for $1 (or EA’s lootboxes, Bethesda’s Creation Club...or any of the MT-Controversies). The problem is people are buying it. Game companies could do a micro transaction for literally *nothing* and people would buy it because it has a company name attached to it. I’ve been gaming since the old days of the Amiga 64. I remember when you’d pay half as much and get a *full* game. Companies never seemed to release ‘broken games’ because they relied on their reputation to sell the next games.
Black Ops 4: Alrighty then, let's see how you handle THIS Black Ops 4: *Lowers red dot price to $0.50* Fortnite: ... Black Ops 4: ... Fortnite: Damn, you're worse than Metal Gear Survive and it's paid save files. Still can't belive Battlefield V lost against you though...
Activision 2020 (probably): For enhanced realism, we made all ammo consumable resources. Meaning ammo in game will deplete just like in real life. 1 ammo clip for 2$, 12 for 20$ and 250 for 100$. Knife kills can only be used 3 times before knife breaks. getting a 100 killstreak will allow you to get 1 ammo clip or knife in a RNG lootbox.
"...fooling consumers into believing that the company reacted to feedback, and not that this whole thing was premeditated." This is exactly how i feel with DICE changing BFV's TTK back fiasco.
ShoeLaceBandit honestly the main reason I started playing more mobile games. if a $60 game is gonna cram micro-transactions down my throat this aggressively, I might as well let a shitty gatcha game do it since I don’t have to pay the $60 entrance fee.
@@cherrydragon3120by using a f2p monetization method. F2p games like LOL make their money when you buy their currency for cosmetics and characters. The difference is that LOL and Fortnite are not only complete polished games, but they're also constantly developing.
There aren’t too many passionate developers anymore. Games these days are all about $$$$$$$$$$$. That’s why I love games like god of war, spider-man, red dead redemption 2 and others like them. I’ve never and will never give into the loot boxes and games that are more a subscription than an actual game.
I've been call of duty sober since Advanced warfare. My life is better. I see my kids again. I play better games that are interesting and moved to PC to surround myself with better people in my life.

How to fix this terrible industry for 2019:
1) Never buy anything from Activision, EA, Konami, Ubisoft, nor Warner Bros (if there is any other publisher you don’t like, add them to this list).

You, as the customer, have no right to force a company to remove microtransactions but you do have the power to stop playing the game.

yup and season passes that aren't really season passes (Destiny 1 I'm looking at you and that couple hundred I spent on DLC becuase if it's one year after release the season pass doesn't cover it bullshite and won't buy microtrans it's bullshit) I feel old saying it but I remember when micro transactions didn't exist game were sold complete and were bug checked so hard before release since patches and quick fix didn't exist and both gamers and devs had belonged to the nerdy kid like me who didn't fit in anywhere and were even made fun of for playing them XD now games are the cool thing and playing outside is boring and oddly I like to be outdoors more now
Eventually you should be prepared for f2p games even from AAA publishers.
Cringe. You know you microtransactions are optional right? Geez
@@jessiejones7141 not when it alters progression

It's what ruined the progression in EA star wars battlefront 2
The era of microtransactions never existed until smart phones and their games introduced them.

Even some skins that are called 'just cosmetic' can help people blend in with certain maps

BIT CONEEEEEEEECET!!!!!! @@Spearra
