I had one kitty cat Bartholomew. He was a Russian blue. This was back in 1988 and somebody had let them out of the house. It took me riding my bike around for two weeks, posting pictures and reward that a mother called and said she found this cat eating from her garbage and she said he looks just like your picture, I went to the house which was just a few blocks away. I think the mother and son and I gave them reward and I was overwhelmed with emotion. I ran home and boy was he a smelly kitty not like the prissy little kitty cat that loves to suck on my neck, and be with me as much as he can. I brought him home and without thought I placed him in the kitchen sink and started washing and cleaning him. The thing is he did not mind and he started going into the kitchen sink very often for a bath that brought something out in him, I did not know he liked, your kitties are beautiful 🐈⬛🥰
I have two boys, two ginger brothers. None of them loves the water as much as those cuties in the video, but Iggy enjoys watching the water in warious places - in the bathtub, in the sink, when it rains outside. His brother Iddy clearly doesn't :D As soon as drops start to fall around, he's out. Iggy shakes them off and stares. I call him cat physicist, because I think sound, light reflections and smell is what intrigues him so much :)
I absolutely love this. I snorkle during the summer months here in Canada and I've always wanted a pet that would come out with me but not all cats or dogs like water so I never took the chance. And if I did, how on earth is it noticeable at first to know that that's the pet who'll follow me into the water? I'm jealous lol 😆 ❤
we have shared life with kitties and great Danes for 30 years me for all of my 62 years of life I find that the kitties that like coming into the shower with me or yes tortoise we had two of them through the years it’s funny that you say the water had to be at a certain temperature from Maya and Sammy. This was also true the three kitties that we have now no shower no way I love them all just the way they are in all their quirky little ways. 🐈⬛🐈🐈🥰
Scientists claim cats have over 100 different ways. They communicate with different types of sound. And they only meow in the way we know they meow toward a human. So it's their own communication with us in the wild or with each other. They don't meow to each other, isn't that cool? He is actually talking to you. I have 5 cats and I find that beautiful.😊

Besides, there is one breed that is supposed to go in the water readily for fishing = it is the Cat of Van - a turkish breed. I have not had the opportunity to verify it. I tend to think it is true, they are said to fish in the lake of Van. They are beautiful cats with rather long hair, white and ginger.
Too many baths, especially for short-haired cats washes away their natural body oils. How do you deal with that? Perhaps your vet forgot that important point.
There's something terribly wrong with your audio! Frequently there is a crashing noise or whooshing that is frighteningly startling. Please see what you can to to make it stop. Because if you can't, I'll not watch your videos any more. Thank you.

My avatar is my Russian Blue soul mate, Malcolm. He doesn't like to be in water but splashes his water dish all over. My socks are perpetually wet!

Each cat (and dog) has a different personality; they are not very different from us. Cute!!!
