X and Zero were inseparable friends, and brothers at heart. Whenever they got in a bind, the other had their back.

Super Smash Flash 2 will revive Zero
I mean… I know it’s probably too late to suggest this with there only being one more DLC character reveal left for Ultimate, but the Zero we got as an assist trophy is the one from the X series. MMZ Zero technically isn’t deconfirmed. It’s unlikely he’ll get in this time around, but not impossible. If not, then hopefully we get X and/or Zero in the next Smash game.
